Deadlines & Unresponsive Creators
Extend deadlines, handle ghosting, and get refunds when a creator fails to deliver.
In the deal thread, click Extend Deadline and pick a new date. The creator accepts or declines — if accepted, the new deadline replaces the old one. The chat history preserves both dates for the audit trail.
Yes — creators can also request extensions, which you approve or deny. One extension per deal is normal; multiple extensions on the same deal is a yellow flag worth noting in your future review.
Three steps, in order:
- Send a follow-up message in the platform chat (often that’s enough — they may have missed the push notification).
- DM them on Instagram/TikTok as a friendly nudge.
- If they stay silent past deadline, open a dispute or contact support to cancel the deal. Escrowed funds auto-refund to your wallet.
Repeat offenders get flagged and suspended.
The platform takes non-delivery seriously:
- Their Ainfluencer Score drops automatically.
- Escrowed funds refund to the brand.
- The brand can leave a negative review on the creator’s permanent record.
- Repeated non-delivery triggers temporary or permanent account suspension.
- For gifted-product campaigns, Product Insurance compensates the brand for the lost inventory.
