Content Review & Delivery
Approve, request changes, and track every piece of content from upload through live verification.
Instagram Reels, Feed posts, Stories, carousels. TikTok videos. YouTube Shorts and long-form. You can mix formats in a single campaign — and negotiate format per creator in chat.
When a creator uploads, you get notified and the deal moves to “Awaiting Approval” status. Open the thread, review the asset, then click Approve or Request Changes.
If you request changes, leave a specific, actionable note. “Add the product URL in the caption” beats “make it punchier.”
Use the Request Changes button. The deal goes back to the creator with your notes. Stay specific and reference the original brief — vague feedback creates revision loops.
Each piece of approved content has a download button in the thread and in your Profile → Contents library. Downloads include raw video and image files at original quality — useful for repurposing on your own paid social, website, or email.
Profile → Contents. Every piece of approved content from every campaign, searchable and filterable by campaign, creator, content type, and date. Acts as a permanent UGC library.
Every deal shows its current state: Waiting Payment → Active Chat → Awaiting Approval → Pending Verification → Completed. Each state has a timestamp so you can see how long the creator has been on a given step.
Yes, immediately via email + push (configurable in settings). Same for revisions, live URL submissions, and final verification.
The chat thread is the binding record, so spell out every requirement there: required tags, hashtags, FTC disclosure, brand handles, do’s, don’ts. If something’s not in chat or the brief, it’s not enforceable in a dispute.
If the post is live but missing required tags/hashtags/disclosure, decline approval and request a correction. Most creators fix within hours. If they refuse, the platform’s verification check will flag it and escrow stays with you. Escalate to disputes if needed.
Reviews are the public record of the creator’s performance — they can’t be silently changed. To correct a review, contact support with the campaign reference and the team can update it. Frivolous edits aren’t supported.
