Email & Notification Settings

Tune your email, password, and notification preferences so you only get pinged when something needs you.

Your account email is a permanent identifier and can only be changed by support — contact us from the current account address and we’ll handle it.

Notification preferences are self-serve. Open Profile → Emails & Notifications and toggle email, push, and SMS independently for every event type: new offers, content uploads, deal status, payment alerts, suspensions, and more.

If you’re a team manager, you can also tune notifications so that each role only gets alerts for the deals they own.

If you signed up with Google, you don’t have a password — you just click “Continue with Google” to log in each time. If you want to switch to a password (for example, you’ve left your Google org), contact support: we’ll issue a temporary password and you can set your own from Profile → Change Password.

Lost access to your Google account entirely? Email support from any address you still control, with proof of identity (e.g. brand domain email or recent campaign reference), and we’ll help you regain access.

For creators: Profile → Social Accounts shows every linked Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube handle with its status (Active, Disapproved, Rejected). Tap any account to update niche, country, or audience info — that data is what powers your match score with brands.
