Teams, Seats & Permissions
Invite teammates and control exactly which campaigns and features each one can touch.
Teams live under your Ainfluencer account, no separate workspace needed. Open Settings → Team, then click Invite Member. Enter their email, choose a role, and (optionally) restrict them to specific campaigns.
Your seat count depends on your plan: Free = 1 seat, Starter = 2, Professional = 3, Ultimate = unlimited. Need more seats without a tier bump? See Plans, Limits & Upgrading for top-ups.
Four roles, each scoped to a specific surface of the platform:
- Campaign Manager — campaign creation, creator chat, content review.
- Media Buyer — campaign execution and creator outreach.
- Financial Controller — wallet, payment methods, payout history.
- Analyst — read-only performance dashboards.
Pick the narrowest role that fits — it’s easy to upgrade access later, harder to roll back unintended changes.
From Settings → Team, click Invite Member, enter their email and role, and (this is the key feature) choose whether to grant full account access or campaign-level access.
Pair this with notification settings so each teammate only gets pinged on the deals they own.
Almost always one of three things:
- It landed in Promotions, Spam, or Social — invite emails are automated, so spam filters often grab them.
- You entered a typo’d email — re-check and re-send from the Team page.
- Your teammate already has an Ainfluencer account on a different email — they need to accept from the one you invited.
Still nothing after 10 minutes? Forward the resend confirmation to support and we’ll resend manually.
