Free, Starter, Professional, and Ultimate — what each unlocks, plus add-on top-ups.
You hit your plan’s active-campaign cap. Limits per tier: Free = 1, Starter = 2, Professional = 3, Ultimate = unlimited. Either close/finish an active campaign, upgrade your tier, or use an add-on top-up.
Four tiers (monthly billing shown; annual is ~50% cheaper per month, quarterly ~30% cheaper):
- Free: $0/mo
- Starter: $49/mo
- Professional: $149/mo (was $299 — cut in v2.3)
- Ultimate: $699/mo (was $999 — cut in v2.3)
Plus a custom Enterprise tier for large teams with bespoke needs.
Starter is the entry-level paid tier, built for solo founders and small DTC brands running their first real influencer push. Unlocks:
- 2 seats, 2 active campaigns, 25 collabs/month, 50 invites/month
- 25 product seedings/month (huge for gifting-led brands)
- 20% transaction fee (vs 25% on Free)
- Premium affiliate tools, branding landing page, automated payouts, escrow
At $49/mo (or $29/mo annual), it’s designed to remove the Free-plan friction points without committing to Professional pricing yet.

Free: not included. Starter: 25/mo. Professional: 100/mo. Ultimate: unlimited. Top-up packs available without changing tiers.
Quarterly saves ~30%, Annual saves ~50% (per-month equivalent). Examples on Professional: $149/mo monthly, $133/mo quarterly, $104/mo annual ($1,249/year billed once).
Annual also unlocks the 90-day pause feature. Monthly and Quarterly don’t have pause.
The upgrade modal has a “Need more without changing tiers?” tray with two top-up tracks:
- Invite Packs (never expire): +100 = $29, +250 = $59, +500 = $99, +1,000 = $169
- Seeding Packs: +25 = $39, +50 = $69, +100 = $119, +250 = $249
Top-ups attach to your current plan as one-time purchases.
One-time purchase, attaches to your plan, invites never expire. Best value scales with pack size: +1,000 invites at $169 is 42% off the per-invite cost of +100. Use this when you hit your monthly cap during a launch push and don’t want a permanent tier upgrade.
One-time purchase, attaches to your plan, adds to your monthly seeding allowance. Best value: +250 pack at $249 (36% off). Use this for launch months or holiday pushes where seeding spikes well above your tier’s baseline.
Quick decision rule:
- Top-up if you hit the cap once or twice during a launch or holiday push.
- Upgrade if you hit the cap repeatedly month over month, OR if you want a lower transaction fee, more seats, or higher collab ceiling — top-ups don’t change those.
Annual-only. Annual subscribers can pause for up to 90 days. Monthly and Quarterly cadences don’t offer pause — if you need flexibility, switch to annual at upgrade.
Free: 25%. Starter: 20%. Professional: 15%. Ultimate: 3%. On $1K of spend, that’s $250 / $200 / $150 / $30 in platform fees. The Ultimate vs Free spread is $220 per $1K — usually the single biggest argument for upgrading once you cross ~$5K/mo in collab spend.
Cadence-based: Monthly = 3-day, Quarterly = 5-day, Annual = 7-day. The refund applies if you haven’t materially consumed the value (sending a few invites alone shouldn’t disqualify; the window typically closes once influencers respond and you interact with offers). Outside the window, cancellation stops the next renewal but doesn’t refund the current period.
The subscription pays for the software, not for influencer responsiveness — which is human and outside the platform’s control. Within the refund window (3/5/7-day per cadence), you can refund the software fee. Outside that window, no. The fix for low response rates is broader targeting, better briefs, and pre-funded campaigns.
Credit/debit cards, PayPal. Pricing is displayed in USD on the website, but Stripe automatically offers a EUR option (and many other local currencies) at checkout based on your card region.
