Known intermittent backend issue. Quick fixes to try:

• Refresh the page (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+F5 forces full reload).
• Try a different browser (Chrome ↔ Safari ↔ Firefox).
• Clear cookies for app.ainfluencer.com.

If it still blocks, email support with your account email and a screenshot showing the exact error.

This is a rendering glitch in some browser/extension combinations. Workarounds:

• Disable ad blockers temporarily for app.ainfluencer.com.
• Try in incognito mode (rules out extension conflicts).
• Try the URL on a different device.

If it persists, send support the exact URL plus a full-page screenshot with the address bar visible.

Known issue that’s typically fixed by a deploy cycle. Refresh, then try in incognito if it persists. If you see a 500 error, take a screenshot and forward it to support — we use these to track and fix the underlying bug.

CAPTCHA is the “I’m not a robot” check at login. It can fail for legitimate users when:

• Your IP is shared with high traffic (corporate VPN, large university network).
• Your browser has aggressive privacy settings that block CAPTCHA scripts.
• You’re using a VPN with a flagged exit node.

Fix: try a different browser or temporarily disable your VPN. If still stuck, contact support and they can issue a one-time login link.

For creators: Settings → Delete Account from the mobile app. Permanent — resolve any pending payouts or active deals first.

For brands: contact [email protected] from the account email. The team handles brand-side deletion to ensure ledger/wallet are properly closed.

Stripe (our payment processor) emails invoices to the address on your account automatically when you pay for a subscription or top-up. To download past invoices: Profile → Payments & Transactions → Invoices. Need a custom invoice (different billing entity, VAT details)? Email support with the details.
