For Brands & Sellers

Brand Account Setup

Everything you need to create, verify, and complete your Ainfluencer brand account so you can start running influencer and affiliate campaigns.

Ainfluencer is an end-to-end influencer marketing and affiliate platform that connects brands and sellers with a marketplace of more than five million vetted creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Instead of cold-emailing influencers or juggling spreadsheets, you run the entire collaboration in one place.

The core workflow is simple: create a campaign → invite or get discovered by influencers → negotiate in chat → secure payment in escrow → review the content once it’s live. Payments are protected the whole way through, so you only pay for work that’s actually delivered.

The platform is free to start. E-commerce brands get extra tools: native Shopify and Amazon integrations for product gifting, affiliate tracking, and automated commission payouts. Agencies get a multi-client command center, and brands without an in-house team can hand the whole thing to Ainfluencer’s fully managed service.

In short: brands bring the product and the goals; Ainfluencer brings the creators, the secure payments, and the tools to manage it all.
  1. Go to the brand sign-up page and register with a corporate or personal email (you can also sign up with Google).
  2. Confirm your email address through the verification link we send you — this unlocks the platform’s features.
  3. Complete your brand profile: company name, logo, a short bio, and your notification preferences.

Once your email is verified and your profile is filled in, your account is ready and you can create your first campaign.

One email equals one account. The email becomes your permanent account identifier, so choose the one you’ll keep using.

To get started you only need a few essentials:

  • A valid email address (or a Google account to sign in with).
  • Your brand or company name.
  • Basic profile details — a logo and a short description help creators recognize and trust you.

You do not need a payment card just to sign up or browse. A card is only required later, when you fund escrow for a paid campaign or set up wallet payments.

After you register, we send a verification link to the email address on your account. Click that link to confirm ownership and activate your account’s features (creating campaigns, sending offers, and making payments all require a verified email).

Can’t find the email? Check your Promotions, Spam, and Social folders — automated emails for new accounts often land there. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, contact support and we’ll help.

Your setup is complete once two things are done: your email is verified, and your brand profile is filled in (company name, logo, and bio). At that point every core feature is unlocked and you can launch campaigns, discover influencers, and fund collaborations.

Your dashboard shows a profile-completion indicator. Finishing the remaining steps it lists makes your brand more attractive to creators and unlocks the full feature set.

No. Each email address maps to exactly one Ainfluencer account — the email is a unique, permanent identifier. If you need a separate account (for example, a second brand), use a different email address.

If you manage multiple brands, you don’t need multiple logins at all: agencies and multi-brand sellers can manage everything under one account. See Teams, Seats & Permissions and Agencies & Multi-Client for the workflows that fit best.

Your account email is a permanent identifier, so it can’t be changed through self-serve settings — it’s an admin-only operation. To change it, contact support from your current account and our team will handle it. Every other profile field (company name, logo, bio, notification preferences) you can edit yourself at any time from Email & Notification Settings.

If you signed up with Google, you simply log in with Google each time. Need a password instead? Contact support and we can issue a temporary password for you to set your own.

Open your Profile → User Info (or “Edit Profile” from the dashboard) and update your company name, logo, bio, and other details. Changes save instantly. The only field you can’t self-edit is the account email, which requires support.

A complete, polished profile matters: creators review it before accepting work, and a stronger profile improves your Ainfluencer Score in the marketplace and attracts more inbound offers.

The web app is the brand and seller side — it’s where you run discovery, build campaigns, chat with creators, review content, and handle payments. Creators primarily use the iOS and Android apps to browse campaigns, make offers, and track earnings.

So if you’re a brand or seller, you’re in the right place on the web. If you’re a creator who landed here, head to the mobile app instead — see Wrong Place? Brand vs Creator and Creator Account Setup.
