Creating & Editing Campaigns
Build campaigns manually or with AI assist, edit them mid-flight, and understand approval timing.
From your dashboard, click Campaigns → + New Campaign. You choose an objective (awareness, sales, content, leads), describe your product or service, set deliverable formats (Reel, Story, post, video), targeting (country, niche, follower size), and budget.
Once submitted, your campaign goes into review and typically goes live within a few hours. Free-plan campaigns can take up to a few days. See Targeting & Audience for filter tips and Self-Serve Rejection Reasons if approval gets blocked.
The AI-assisted builder is a faster path: drop in keywords (product, goal, audience) and the AI drafts the title, creative brief, deliverables list, do’s & don’ts, and timeline for you. You review, edit, and submit.
Each campaign centers on a primary objective — that’s how the algorithm matches you to creators with the right track record. If you have two distinct goals (e.g. brand awareness AND direct conversions), run two campaigns and let creators self-select.
If you want the best of both worlds in a single deal, look at Hybrid (Fixed Fee + Commission) campaigns instead.
Open the campaign from your Campaigns list. Each row has quick actions: edit, delete, duplicate, copy share link, preview. Most fields are editable while the campaign is live — budget, brief, do’s & don’ts. Some changes (like swapping the product or shifting target country) trigger a fresh review.
Mid-flight changes apply to future offers, not deals already accepted. For accepted deals, agree in chat with the creator.
The cap depends on your plan: Free = 1 active campaign, Starter = 2, Professional = 3, Ultimate = unlimited. Hit the cap and you’ll see “Campaign Limit Reached” when trying to launch a new one.
Options: close or finish an active campaign, upgrade your tier, or top up — see Plans, Limits & Upgrading.
On your campaigns list, each row has a copy share link action. Paste it into DMs, emails, or social bios — anyone who clicks lands on your public campaign page and can submit an offer right there.
Typically a few hours. Free-plan campaigns can take up to a few days because the review queue prioritizes paid tiers. If your campaign is rejected, you’ll get an email with the reason code and a fix path.
Common rejection reasons and how to resolve each one: Self-Serve Rejection Reasons (E1–E14) and Plan & Wallet-Gated Rejection Reasons (E15–E20).
Rejection always comes with a specific reason code in the email. Two big buckets:
- Self-serve fixes — content, description, conduct issues you can resolve and resubmit immediately. See Self-Serve Rejection Reasons.
- Plan or wallet gated — your campaign type requires a higher tier, a wallet deposit, or a quick strategy call. See Plan & Wallet-Gated Rejection Reasons.
Fix the cited issue and resubmit — most resubmissions clear review the same day.
