Plan & Wallet-Gated Rejection Reasons
Wallet deposit, plan upgrade, or strategy-call requirements before activation.
E15: your campaign type — typically large-scale barter, gifting, or affiliate with multiple creators — requires a $1,000 wallet deposit before activation. This signals serious intent and gives the platform confidence to allocate review resources.
Fix: add at least $1,000 to your wallet (it never expires and stays available to pay creators). Funds are non-refundable to bank but always usable on the platform — see wallet rules.
E16: larger or higher-risk campaign types (third-party affiliate at scale, complex multi-product launches) require a $2,500 wallet deposit. Same logic as E15 — signals intent and reserves resources.
Note: there’s a documented inconsistency — the in-app modal sometimes shows $2,500 while the email says $2,000. The team is unifying this. Use the higher figure to be safe.
E17: certain campaigns trigger a mandatory 15-minute strategy call with the team before activation. This usually applies to: first-time large campaigns, complex multi-product launches, campaigns crossing multiple Amazon marketplaces, or anything flagged by the review system.
The call is short — confirming what you’re trying to accomplish, recommending the right structure, ensuring the campaign will succeed before resources commit. Book via the booking link in the email.
E18: your campaign uses a third-party affiliate program (Refersion, Awin, etc.) — two valid paths:
- Path A: upgrade your plan (Pro or Ultimate) to allow third-party affiliate. See pricing.
- Path B: keep your Free plan and set up your affiliate program natively on Ainfluencer (Shopify or Amazon).
E19: you want to keep using your third-party affiliate platform instead of switching to native. Upgrade is required.
See current plan pricing — Pro is $149/mo and Ultimate is $699/mo as of v2.3.
E20: your campaign is barter-only, gifted-products, or uses a third-party affiliate program — either upgrade your plan or deposit $2,000 to your wallet to proceed. The deposit signals serious intent and stays available to pay creators.
If you’re a one-off launch, the wallet deposit is often cheaper than a tier upgrade. If you’re running consistently, upgrade is usually the better long-term math.
