For Brands & Sellers

Withdrawals & Wallet Limits

What you can and can’t withdraw from your wallet, and where your funds can go.

Brand wallet deposits are designed to stay in your wallet to pay creators — they are non-refundable to your bank or card. The funds never expire, never lose value, and can be used on any future campaign indefinitely.

This is unlike creator wallets, which do support withdrawal to PayPal/Stripe for the creator’s earnings.

Brand wallet balances cannot be withdrawn to bank or card. The deposit is a commitment to the platform — funds are usable on collabs, escrow, gifting, affiliate payouts, and managed packages, but they don’t reverse out to your original payment method.

If you have unused funds and aren’t planning to run more campaigns, the most common workarounds are: try Fully Managed packages, gift balance via team transfer, or treat it as a sunk commitment to the platform.

Deposits land in your Wallet Balance (visible in Profile → Wallet). If you haven’t yet launched a campaign or accepted any offers, no funds are in escrow — the deposit is just sitting there, ready to deploy.

To put it to work: launch a campaign, accept a creator offer, or set up an affiliate program with commission auto-payouts from the wallet.
