Discovering Influencers
Search, filter, and invite the right creators from a marketplace of 5M+ vetted talent.
Find Influencers in the sidebar is the search page. Pick the campaign you are recruiting for first, because that decides what the action button does: a collaboration campaign gives you Invite to campaign, an affiliate one Invite to program, a seeding one Request to send product.
All three platforms are searchable, including YouTube, which is actually the largest of the three on Ainfluencer by connected accounts.
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Followers | Nano 100 to 10k, Micro 10k to 100k, Macro 100k to 1m, Mega over 1m, or a custom range |
| Quality | Great, Good or OK |
| Who they are | Username or keyword, hashtag, location, category, language, gender |
| Budget | Influencer fees, as a rough estimate |
| Seeding campaigns only | Address ready to ship |
| Affiliate campaigns only | Open to commission |
Results come from our own search index rather than live from Instagram, and Instagram data is refreshed monthly. So follower counts can be a few weeks old. For a creator you are about to pay real money, open their live profile and check.
Install the Ainfluencer Chrome extension and open Instagram in your browser. On any profile, you’ll see an “Invite to Campaign” button. Click it, pick which campaign, and a personalized DM goes out automatically. No more context-switching between tabs.
The Favorite List is your private talent roster. As you discover creators you like, save them to named lists (“Holiday VIPS”, “Micro Reviewers”, “High Converters”). When you launch a new campaign, hit Invite All from List, instant bulk outreach to creators you’ve already vetted.
Top-performing brands maintain 3-5 active lists by niche and rerun them across launches.
Search only contains accounts that have passed review and are not archived, so a creator you know exists can legitimately be missing:
| Reason | What it looks like from your side |
|---|---|
| They never finished their media kit | The account is in Draft and is not shown to brands at all |
| They are waiting on quality review | Not yet searchable |
| They were rejected at verification | Not on the platform. Under 5,000 followers is the most common cause |
| They are suspended | Removed from search, and their existing offers are hidden from brands after 48 hours |
| They renamed their handle | The account is archived until an admin restores it |
| They have simply never joined | Nothing to find |
If you know the handle and believe they are active, send support the handle rather than guessing. Note that you will not find them by handle in search results either way, because handles are masked until you reveal them.
Handles are masked as @•••••••• (locked) until you reveal them. This is deliberate: it stops brands harvesting the marketplace for handles and then contacting creators off the platform, where neither side is protected.
You reveal a handle in one of three ways:
| How | Cost |
|---|---|
| A monthly reveal credit from your plan | One credit. The pop-up shows how many are left and when they reset |
| A payment from your wallet | A small per-reveal price, shown before you confirm |
| Paying an offer | Free. Hiring a creator reveals them automatically |
A reveal is permanent and covers that creator entirely: once revealed you see their handle and real name on every account they have, forever, at no further cost. Revealing the same person again is never charged twice.
Both the monthly allowance and the per-reveal price come from your plan:
| Plan | Reveal credits per month | Price per extra reveal |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | $1.00 |
| Starter | 50 | $1.00 |
| Pro | 100 | $0.75 |
| Ultimate | 6,000 | $0.50 |
Credits reset at the start of each monthly plan period. When they run out you can still pay per reveal from your wallet, as long as the balance covers it.
Five a month on the Free plan is the limit most brands hit first, well before the campaign cap. If you are actively recruiting, this is usually the real reason to move to Starter, not the number of campaigns.
Refresh the page first. The reveal is recorded against your account immediately, but the page does not always redraw.
If the charge shows in your transactions and the handle is still masked after a refresh, that is a genuine fault worth reporting. Send support the creator’s profile link and the date, and the charge can be traced.
Double clicking the reveal button is safe. Each creator is charged at most once, so you cannot accidentally pay twice for the same person.
