Wrong Place? Brand vs Creator
Signed up on the wrong side of the platform, or not sure which side you belong on? This page sorts it out in a minute.
That’s expected behavior — creators can only use Ainfluencer on the mobile apps, not on desktop. The web platform (app.ainfluencer.com) is the brand and seller side, so a creator login won’t work there.
If you already have a creator account, sign in on the mobile app using the same email and password:
- iPhone: apps.apple.com/us/app/ainfluencer-branded-collabs
- Android: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ainfluencers
Once you’re in the app, head to the Inbox and Explore tabs to see brands interested in collaborating with you and to apply to new campaigns. See Finding & Applying to Campaigns for the full workflow.
This is one of the most common mix-ups on Ainfluencer. The platform has two completely different sides, and creators sometimes find themselves on the brand side after a Google search lands them there.
- Brand side — runs on the web at app.ainfluencer.com. It’s where brands launch campaigns, find creators, and fund collaborations. Brand Account Setup.
- Creator side — runs on the iOS and Android apps. It’s where creators apply to campaigns, accept brand invites, submit posts for review, and get paid.
If you’re a creator who registered on the web by mistake, you don’t need to “fix” the wrong account, just download the mobile app and sign up there with the right email. The web account doesn’t block anything — brands won’t see it, and you can simply ignore or delete it later. Head to Creator Account Setup for the right path forward.
The full creator journey is short:
- Download the Ainfluencer app on iOS or Android.
- Sign up with your email and verify the 5-digit code we send.
- Link your Instagram or TikTok handle (it must be public, with at least 100 real followers).
- Complete the bio-code verification — paste the 6-digit code into your social bio, tap Verify, then remove it once Active.
- Fill in your public media kit: bio, niche, audience, photo gallery, past collaborations.
- Open the Explore tab and start sending offers to campaigns that fit you.
Eligibility basics: the hard floor is 100 followers, your account must be public, and growth needs to be authentic (no fake engagement). Read more about thresholds and what brands look for in Creator Account Setup.
Once you’re Active, you can start pitching: see Finding & Applying to Campaigns for how to send winning offers, and Getting Paid & Payout Methods for how you’ll receive your earnings.
That’s a brand campaign invitation from Ainfluencer. A brand running a campaign sent you a personal invite to apply, but the email is just a notification — it doesn’t include the full deal terms because those live inside the app, where they’re easier to read and respond to.
To see the actual pay, deadline, deliverables, and other terms:
- Download the Ainfluencer creator app on iOS or Android.
- Sign up with the same email address the invite was sent to.
- Open the Inbox tab — the brand’s invitation will be waiting there with the full brief.
- From there you can accept, counter, or politely decline.
How you respond, what insights to share, and how to price yourself is all covered in Invitations & Negotiation.
