Getting Paid & Payout Methods
Set up payouts, withdraw your earnings, and know exactly when money lands.
Profile → Wallet → Choose Your Payout Method. Two options: PayPal (most common, fastest) and Stripe (US/EU bank deposits). Link your account, verify it once, and future withdrawals route automatically.
Yes — switch any time from the Wallet tab. The change applies to future withdrawals; in-flight ones complete on the original method.
PayPal is the primary rail (available in most countries). Stripe (US/EU bank deposits). Alternative electronic transfers in regions where neither works. The Wallet tab shows what’s available in your country.
If PayPal is restricted in your country, the app shows alternative methods (region-specific transfer providers, Stripe in eligible regions). If nothing’s available, contact support — the team will set up a manual transfer route for active creators.
“Waiting Approval” is the standard security/fraud check that happens between when you request a withdrawal and when funds disburse. Usually completes in 24-48 hours. Larger withdrawals may take longer if additional ID verification is needed.
Most common causes: payout method not fully verified, large amount triggering additional review, missing tax info for US creators (W-9 form), or the bank’s processing window. Check your Wallet for status notes; if blocked for more than 5 business days, contact support.
Profile → Wallet → Payouts tab shows every withdrawal with date, amount, method, and a digital receipt. PayPal/Stripe also send their own confirmation emails.
The security review is mandatory and can’t be expedited. Once the review clears, processing speed depends on your method: PayPal is fastest (often same-day), Stripe is 1-3 business days, alternative transfers can take 3-5 days.
