Link and manage your Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts under one Ainfluencer login.
Instagram is verified by sending us a direct message, not by putting anything in your bio. The bio method was retired, so ignore any guide that still mentions it.
In the Ainfluencer app, go to Profile, then Social Accounts, then + Add, and pick Instagram.
Type your username and tap Next. We generate a 6-digit code that looks like ain-123456.
Tap Open Instagram & Follow + DM. That copies the code and opens a message to @ainfluencer.official.
Follow the account, then send the code as its own message, with no other text around it.
Come back and tap Confirm you did it.
If the message arrived, @ainfluencer.official replies in the DM to confirm, and the app moves you on to the media-kit questions.
Two things cause almost every failure here. Send the DM from the account you are connecting, not a second profile you manage. And use the code showing in the app right now: re-entering your username generates a new code and silently kills the old one.
Three, and only one of them uses a code:
Platform
How you verify
What it needs
Instagram
Direct message a 6-digit code to @ainfluencer.official
The DM proves you own the account
TikTok
Sign in with TikTok and approve access
A public account
YouTube
Sign in with Google in a browser window, then pick the channel
A public channel. Each channel becomes its own Ainfluencer account
Facebook and X cannot be connected. They appear in the app only as places to share, never as accounts you can add.
If your Google account owns several YouTube channels, the app shows a Which YouTube channel? picker. Channels that break a rule or are already claimed by someone else are skipped, so if nothing connects, the reason you see belongs to the first channel in the list.
There’s no hard cap, so you can link multiple Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts under a single Ainfluencer login. This is useful if you run several niches (a beauty Instagram and a gaming TikTok, for example) and want to pitch each one to different brands.
Each linked account is verified separately and has its own Active/Disapproved status, niche, and audience profile.
Yes, that’s the recommended setup. One Ainfluencer login = one email = many social handles underneath. You pitch brands using whichever handle is the best fit for the campaign, and your earnings consolidate into one wallet.
The email itself is the unique identifier, you can’t have two Ainfluencer accounts on the same email. If you need to merge two accounts you created by accident, contact support before deleting either one.
Your account stops matching and eventually moves to the Archived tab, with a note saying the username was changed or is no longer available.
Tapping Sync does not fix this. An archived account answers Sync with a message asking you to email support, because only an admin can restore it.
Wait for the restore. You get an email and a push when it is done.
If you would rather start clean, you can connect the new handle as a new account instead, but you lose that account’s history and reviews.
Tell support before you rename if you can. A handle change is one of the few things that can take a working account off the marketplace with no way for you to fix it yourself.
The number that decides is 5,000. If your account is reviewed by our team and has fewer, the usual outcome is a rejection reading The account doesn’t meet the minimum required followers (5K).
This is the single most common reason creators are turned down. Over the last three months it accounted for roughly four in ten of all verification rejections.
What you may have read
What actually happens
A 100-follower minimum
That figure is a leftover setting. It is not the bar your account is judged against
TikTok and YouTube have their own minimums
Their automatic thresholds are currently set to zero, but an account still goes through the same human review
If you are close to 5,000, it is worth waiting rather than applying and being rejected. Rejections count: after five rejected requests you are locked out of submitting again for seven days.
Four reasons cover almost everything, and three of the four are fixable before you apply:
Reason
How often
What it means and what to do
Invalid username or account
The most common
We could not find the account, or it does not match what you typed. Check the spelling, with no @ sign, and that the account is live
Followers under 5K
Close second
Grow the account first. Nothing else will clear this
Private account
A distant third
Set the account to public and submit again
Unmatched verification code
Uncommon
The code you sent was not the current one, or it came from a different profile. Start again and send the fresh code
Buying followers to clear the 5K bar is the worst possible move. It is visible at review, it is listed under Violating guidelines, and an account suspended for inauthentic followers is far harder to recover than one that was simply too small.
Your account has gone to a human for review. This happens when the automatic check could not confirm ownership, and it also happens routinely on Instagram because of a known fault on our side that pushes correct submissions into manual review.
The app tells you to expect up to 24 hours. Be aware that this is a promise from our team rather than a timer in the system: nothing expires or escalates automatically.
Keep the account public while you wait. A private account at the moment of review is rejected.
Do not re-enter your username, which generates a new code and can confuse the check.
If it has been more than 48 hours, contact support with your username and the date you submitted.
While a request is pending, a second one is refused outright. So resubmitting is not a way to speed things up, and the app will tell you that you already have a request in progress.
Five of them, and only the last one lets you work:
Status
What it means
What to do
Pending Verification
Waiting for a human to confirm ownership
Wait, keep the account public
Verification Rejected
An admin turned the request down
Tap the card to read the reasons, fix them, then Resubmit Verification Request
Draft
Connected, but your media kit is unfinished
Tap Complete Profile and answer the questions
Pending Admin Approval
Media kit done, waiting on quality review

You can make offers to campaigns
Connecting an account is only the first of three gates. A newly connected account cannot make a single offer until the media kit is finished and it has passed quality review. If brands are not seeing you, check which of the five you are sitting on.
That screen is misleading and we know it. The Prove it’s you, then you’re live step that appears after the TikTok media kit, asking you to message @ainfluencer2024, does not check anything on our servers. Tapping Verify & go live always shows the success screen.
Your TikTok account was already connected when you signed in with TikTok. What decides whether brands can book you is the normal quality review, which is a separate thing.
Ignore that screen and look at your Profile instead. The account card status is the truth. If it says Pending Admin Approval for more than 48 hours, contact support.
Yes, and for most creators it is the right setup. One Ainfluencer login can hold several Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts, each verified separately, each with its own status, niche and audience profile. Your earnings land in one wallet whichever account did the deal.
The one firm rule is the other way round: a social account can belong to only one Ainfluencer login. If you see This Instagram account has already been added by another Ainfluencer user, it is connected to a different login, often an older one of your own.
In that case, email support with both email addresses and the username. Accounts are never moved between logins without a check, so support will not do it from one message saying it is yours. Do not delete either login while you wait.
No. Connecting a social account is mobile app only. If you sign in to the website as a creator you are sent to a page asking you to download the app, and there is no way round it.
Brands work on the web and creators work in the app, which is the single most common reason someone thinks the platform is broken. If you are being shown brand screens, or a download page you did not expect, you are probably signed in on the wrong side rather than hitting a bug.
