Avoid, understand, and resolve suspensions — and what reactivation looks like.
Do: keep your social accounts public and authentic, deliver every accepted deal on time, include all required tags and FTC disclosures, communicate professionally in chat.
Don’t: use bought/fake followers, ghost brands, miss deadlines without communication, request off-platform contact or payment, use offensive language, take gifted products without posting.

Suspension emails always include the specific reason code (D1 through D13) and a description. If you need clarification on which specific clause, reply to the email and support will identify it. The platform doesn’t suspend without citing a specific cause.
Depends on the violation. Light first-time infractions (incomplete insights, low publishing activity) clear in days once you fix the underlying issue. Serious or repeat violations (D5 terms breach, D7 closed-deal default) can be temporary or permanent.
Temporary suspensions can become permanent if the underlying issue isn’t resolved or if you violate again after reactivation. The platform reactivates suspended accounts once for most reason codes — a second violation typically means permanent suspension.
After you fix the issue and reply to the compliance email (or use the in-app Appeal Suspension button), review typically completes in 2-5 business days. You’ll get an email when status changes.
Yes — you’ll get an email confirming the account is back to Active. The app also updates the status indicator on your profile so you can see it the next time you log in.
Yes. The platform is strict on repeat violations of the same code, especially D5 (off-platform contact, scamming, derogatory language) and D7 (failure to deliver closed deals). Repeat = permanent ban with no further reactivation.
Active violations block all campaign access. Once cleared, your Ainfluencer Score reflects the violation history — brands see this and may pass on your offers. Score recovers over time as you complete successful deals without new issues.
