Fulfillment, Shipping & Insurance

Auto-ship products, track packages, and protect inventory with Product Insurance.

Once you approve a creator for a gifting/seeding campaign:

  1. Platform pulls the creator’s shipping address from their profile.
  2. Auto-generates a 100%-discounted (free) order in your Shopify backend, or routes the request to Amazon FBA.
  3. Your standard pick-pack-ship workflow takes over (same as a paying customer).
  4. Tracking number flows back into the Ainfluencer chat thread automatically.

You never touch a CSV, a manual address, or a separate shipping label.

Once your Shopify or Amazon system generates a tracking number, it pushes back to the Ainfluencer dashboard and appears in the creator’s deal thread. Both you and the creator see live shipping status. The system uses this to align content deadlines with actual delivery — no more “I’m posting tomorrow but I haven’t received the product yet” surprises.

Enable Product Insurance when you launch the campaign. The retail value of every shipped item is protected — if the creator fails to deliver content by the deadline, Ainfluencer compensates you for the inventory cost. No more “post and ghost” risk.

For gifted campaigns with Product Insurance enabled: Ainfluencer compensates you for the inventory. The creator faces platform penalties including potential suspension. For seeding without insurance, the loss is yours — that’s a trade-off of the pure-advocacy model.

This is why Product Insurance is recommended for any gifting campaign worth more than $50 in inventory.

Shipping is the merchant’s responsibility (the free-order discount covers product cost, not shipping). For domestic shipments this is straightforward — your standard rate. For international shipments, you can either ship paid-by-sender (you cover) or paid-by-recipient (creator covers, must be agreed in chat first).

Customs duties on international gifts typically fall on the recipient. The platform recommends sending small declared values and clear “promotional sample” labeling to minimize duty surprises.
