Connecting Shopify
Sync your Shopify store and run a creator-led affiliate program that runs itself.
Install the Ainfluencer app from the Shopify App Store (it’s free), authorize the connection from your Shopify admin, and your full product catalog syncs into the Ainfluencer seller dashboard within seconds. No CSVs, no manual product entry.
Two methods, often combined: unique discount codes generated per affiliate, and tracking links with affiliate IDs in the URL. Both flow into Shopify checkout where the order is attributed to the right creator, and commission lands in their pending balance.
Reversal logic is automatic for refunds and cancellations.
The platform generates fresh unique discount codes and tracking links per affiliate — that’s the standard, audited path. Custom coupons (e.g. a launch-week code shared across all affiliates) can be created on the seller dashboard’s Coupons tab. Importing pre-existing Shopify Discounts is on the roadmap.
Two common reasons:
- The product is marked Inactive or Out of Stock in Shopify — those don’t sync until they’re active and in stock.
- The product is in a non-default sales channel — make sure the Ainfluencer channel is enabled in Shopify product settings.
If both look correct and products are still missing, contact support with two example SKUs and we’ll check the sync logs.
Known display issue when Shopify’s primary store currency differs from the seller’s country setting. Easy fix: in Shopify Admin → Settings → Markets, confirm the primary currency. If the issue persists, contact support with the affected product SKUs.
Shopify users can include multiple SKUs in a single parent campaign — creators see the full list and pick which to promote. This is unique to Shopify integration; non-Shopify campaigns are single-product. See Shopify Account Differences for what else is unlocked.
