Commissions & Affiliate Payouts

From My Products on the seller dashboard, click the edit icon on any product. Set custom, tiered, or bonus-based commissions per product or per affiliate. Free-plan brands are locked at 25% minimum; paid plans unlock any rate from 1% up.

The 25% minimum on Free plans keeps offers attractive to creators (a 5% commission rarely gets uptake from quality affiliates). Upgrade to Starter, Professional, or Ultimate to set any rate. See Plans, Limits & Upgrading for current pricing.

Commission is calculated on the product base price only — not shipping, not tax, not platform fees, and after any discount codes. Example: a $100 product with a 10% discount and a 20% commission earns the affiliate $18 (20% of $90), not $20.

Yes. You can stack rules: a base 15% commission for all affiliates, plus a 25% bonus tier for affiliates who exceed $1,000 in monthly sales, plus per-product rates for high-margin items. The dashboard applies the highest matching rate per transaction.

Cancellations and returns reverse the commission. The affiliate’s pending balance is reduced and (if already paid out) gets clawed back from their next payout. The reversal logic syncs automatically from Shopify and Amazon — you don’t manually manage it.

Ainfluencer pays affiliates automatically once their balance clears the hold period. Payouts run on a regular schedule (weekly for most affiliates, monthly for some plans). Creators set their payout method (PayPal, Stripe) and the platform handles the rest — you never write a check or run an accounting cycle.
