Two doors into affiliate earning
Affiliate earning has two parts. The Ainfluencer app is the quick door for brand campaigns. The affiliate app is the full toolkit, with its own login at affiliate.ainfluencer.com.
| Ainfluencer app | Affiliate app | |
|---|---|---|
| Where | Explore, then the Affiliate tab | affiliate.ainfluencer.com in a browser |
| What you join | Affiliate campaigns that brands publish | Any product or brand in Discovery, plus campaigns |
| How you start | Open a campaign and tap Generate Link | Generate Link, Apply For Partnership or Promote |
| Links | One tap makes links for every product in the campaign | You choose product, source, coupon and landing template |
| Reports | Link analytics: clicks, sales, earnings, payouts | Dashboard plus five report tabs and CSV export |
| Getting paid | Shown as Payouts, but paid through Stripe on the affiliate side | Connect Stripe under Settings, Billing |
- The two share one account, matched by email. Using an affiliate feature in the Ainfluencer app creates your affiliate account for you.
- A password created that way is random. To open affiliate.ainfluencer.com directly, use Forgot password? with the same email.
- Affiliate commission never goes into your Ainfluencer wallet. It is paid through Stripe.
- If you have a seller profile too, the user menu has a Change Panel switch. Each panel has its own short setup the first time.
The brand side of the same system is in Ainfluencer for Affiliate Managers. A plain explanation of campaigns is in How Affiliate Campaigns Work for You.
Your account and the approved platform you need
Everything that starts a new partnership needs one thing: at least one approved promotion platform. Get that first.
- Register with your name, email and a password of at least eight characters with upper case, lower case and a number.
- Open the verification link in the email within one hour.
- Verify your phone with a six digit code. It is valid for three minutes. The phone’s country decides the country of your Stripe payout account, so use your own.
- Add at least one promotion platform and a category for each.
- Optionally connect Google or Facebook for quick login, answer the questions and finish your profile.
| Way to add a platform | How it is checked | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Log in with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook | You approve access in a pop-up | Verified at once |
| Website | Add a TXT record that starts with ainfluencer-site-verification to your domain, then press Verify | Verified when the record is found. DNS can take minutes to 48 hours |
| Manual | Put a code in your bio, tick the confirmation and Submit For Verification | Waiting for approval, usually within 12 hours |
| Mirrored from Ainfluencer | Your Ainfluencer accounts are copied over with their review result | Active becomes Verified, suspended becomes Rejected, anything else Pending |
- You need one Verified platform to apply for a partnership, accept an invitation or create a new link. Pending, Waiting for approval and Rejected do not count.
- Browsing Discovery, lists and pins work without one. Existing partnerships and links keep working if you later lose your last approved platform.
- Instagram login sometimes ends on an error page. Try again, or add Instagram through manual verification.
- X is listed as coming soon. Amazon login is not available in the affiliate app.
- Phone verification is not offered for Pakistan, India, Russia, North Korea, Iraq, Iran, Cuba, Sudan or Syria.
For Ainfluencer account review itself, see How to Join and Get Approved.
Discover products and brands
Discovery is the landing page after login. What you see depends on the platform chosen in the header, an Amazon marketplace or Shopify.
| Page | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Products | Active products with a price, in stock first and newest next. Filter by category, brand, seller and price. Each card shows commission and Partnered or Not partnered |
| Brands (Stores on Shopify) | Average commission, active contracts, number of products and a View Terms link |
| Seller profile | Commission paid, revenue, clicks, sales units and conversions, with Apply For Partnership |
| My Lists | Save products or brands, create your own lists, or duplicate a system list as your own |
- A product that a seller deactivates disappears from Discovery, and sales after that earn nothing.
- The same product from several sellers appears once.
- System lists marked Ain List cannot be edited. Use Duplicate as Manual to make a copy you can change.
- To reach a brand, use the Ainfluencer chat. The affiliate app’s own message buttons are not a supported channel.
Partner with a brand
A partnership is the contract that makes your links earn. Without an active contract a link earns nothing.
| Action | What it does | When it works |
|---|---|---|
| Generate Link | Applies for one or more products at the default commission. You may propose a percentage where the seller approves by hand | Needs a Verified platform |
| Apply For Partnership | Applies for a whole brand or store, with an optional message | With automatic approval it covers every product at the default commission, including ones added later |
| Promote | One click join that returns a link at once | Only brands with automatic approval. Others need Apply For Partnership |
| Accept an invitation | Joins a seller who invited you | Needs a Verified platform. Rejecting is always allowed and cannot be undone |
- You cannot hold two open requests or two active contracts for the same product.
- Under Partnership the tabs are Invitations, Partnered, Applications, Revoked and Rejected. Cancel Application withdraws a request that is still pending.
- Revoke ends an active contract. Your links for those products stop at once, and shoppers follow your redirect settings.
- The seller sets the commission. If they change it, it changes on your existing contracts and on sales not yet billed.
- You can reapply after a revoke. A product’s default link comes back at the same address, but other links from before stay off.
- A manual revoke sends no notice to the other side, so say so in the chat.
Join a campaign from the Ainfluencer app
Brands that run an affiliate campaign through Ainfluencer put their products in one place. Joining takes one tap.
- Choose your Active account in the selector, then open the campaign from Explore, the Affiliate tab or a brand profile.
- Look at the commission on each product, the requirements and the earnings slider.
- Tap Generate Link. The partnership is approved automatically and links are made for every product that has none.
- Use Copy My Link on each product and share it in your bio, stories and videos.
- Open Link analytics to see clicks, sales, earnings and payouts over 7, 30 or 90 days or all time.
- The app checks the account you have selected. A draft, pending or suspended account is told why it cannot generate links. Switch to an Active one.
- The very first join may fail once, while your accounts reach the affiliate side. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- If you already promote one of the products under another campaign or product partnership, it moves to this campaign. Your link stays the same and earlier sales keep their old commission. Products held through a whole brand partnership are not moved.
- When a campaign ends, its contracts are revoked the next night at 02:00 UTC and the links stop earning.
- Commission is set by the brand. Message the brand in the Ainfluencer chat to discuss it.
Links, sources, coupons and redirects
Once partnered you get a default link for every product. Make more when you want to know which post or platform sold something.
| Setting on a new link | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Title | An optional name for you |
| Source | A name plus a Primary ID and optional Sub ID, so clicks and sales are grouped in the Sources report |
| Promotion | A coupon the seller has made public or shared with you, for a product you are partnered on |
| Landing Page | Required. The template that styles the product page behind the link |
| Set as default | Makes this the link your storefront uses |
Which link to share
| Ainfluencer link | Copy AMZ Link | |
|---|---|---|
| Opens | A product page on the shopper site, then Amazon or Shopify | Amazon directly, with tracking |
| Coupons and your branding | Yes | No |
| Redirect settings if the product goes away | Apply | Do not apply |
| Counts for commission | Yes | Yes |
Product Redirect Setting
Four rules decide where a shopper goes when something changes, checked in this order: link removed, product removed or disabled, out of stock, promotion no longer available.
| Choice | Where the shopper goes |
|---|---|
| Landing | Your storefront. This is the default for the first three rules |
| Amazon or Shopify | The product on the store. Currently shows an error on the shopper page, so choose Landing for now |
| Amazon store | Your own Amazon store link, available once it is saved in your profile |
| None | The product page shows as normal |
- Redirect settings are kept separately for Amazon and Shopify.
- Shoppers see the discount on the product page. The code itself shows only when they are logged in to a shopper account.
- Creating a link needs a Verified platform. The default links made when a partnership is approved do not.
Landing templates and your branded page
You control how a link looks and what your public shop page shows.
| Item | Limit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Landing template | Colours, a left, centre or right layout | Pick one per link. Set one as default |
| Sliders per template | Up to 3 | Each has a title |
| Products per slider | Up to 10 | Only products you hold links for |
| Featured products on your branded page | Up to 3 | Assign Featured Products on the Landing Templates page |
- Every new affiliate gets a starting template and a branded page. Copy Link on the branded page copies its public address.
- The page lists the default links of products that are active. Tick Set this link as default when you make a new link.
- Deleting a template moves its links to your default template.
- This storefront is also the Landing choice in your redirect settings.
Reports and what the numbers mean
Reports sit under More, then Reports. Pick the platform in the header first.
| Tab | Breaks the numbers down by |
|---|---|
| Performance | Date range: clicks, conversions, average conversion rate, sales and commission |
| Brand (Store on Shopify) | Each brand |
| Product | Each product |
| Sources | The sources you chose when creating links |
| Landings | The landing template used |
- Amazon numbers come from Amazon attribution reports. They are pulled at 06:00 UTC for stores whose last pull is over 72 hours old, covering the last 60 days, so recent days arrive one to three days late and can change.
- Shopify numbers come from a tracking pixel in the seller’s store and arrive as they happen.
- Shopify commission is worked out for purchases from early October 2026 onward. Earlier Shopify purchases show 0 and are not recalculated.
- Report commission is gross, before the platform fee, and includes sales not yet billed.
- The Demo Data switch at the top of each report shows sample numbers. Keep it off.
- Export Data As CSV downloads the report you are looking at.
- The dashboard card Upcoming Payments shows all-time sales and revenue, and Remaining, which is commission on sales over 35 days old that is not yet billed.
How and when you are paid
Commission is charged to the brand’s card and sent to your Stripe account. There is no Ainfluencer affiliate wallet.
- Under user menu, Account Settings, Billing, choose Let’s Go and finish Stripe’s onboarding. The account is created in your phone number’s country.
- The box reads Connected only when Stripe says it can take charges and send payouts.
- A sale becomes payable once it is 35 days old, which covers returns and late reports.
- Each night at 03:00 UTC the brand’s card is charged, and your share goes to your Stripe account in the same payment.
- Stripe then pays your bank on its own schedule.
| Item | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Typical wait | Roughly five to seven weeks from the sale |
| Platform fee | Usually 5% of the commission, set by the brand’s plan and taken from your share |
| Minimum payout | None. Any amount above zero is billed |
| No Stripe connected | Sales wait unbilled and are picked up once you connect |
| Failed | The brand’s card was declined. It retries, and the brand is told to update the card |
| Where to look | More, then Payments: Upcoming Payments and Commission Payments History |
- Sales on a product after the seller deactivates it earn nothing.
- The invoice page’s Total Commission adds the fee instead of subtracting it. What you receive is the statement amount minus the fee.
- Total Income in the history shows gross commission, and the Due Date on Upcoming Payments is not a real date, because billing runs nightly.
- The How It Works box mentions a payment on the 15th. That text is out of date.
Fixed-fee deals are paid differently. See How You Get Paid.
Your plan and what ends a partnership
The affiliate app has its own plans, separate from brand plans.
| Listed value | Free | Pro | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $49 a month or $490 a year | $99 a month or $990 a year |
| Applications a day | 10 | 30 | 50 |
| Active contracts | 100 | 300 | Unlimited |
| Landing templates | 1 | 5 | Unlimited |
| New chats a day | 10 | 30 | 50 |
| Private commission | No | Yes | Yes |
| Team members | No | 10 | Unlimited |
- These limits are shown but are not stopped when you use the app. They are applied when a paid plan ends.
- When you downgrade or cancel, the change happens at the end of the period you paid for. Until then Resume Plan undoes a cancellation.
- At that moment extra contracts above the new limit are revoked, lowest sales first, and extra templates are deleted with their links moved to your default template.
- A paid plan does not change the platform fee, which depends on the brand’s plan.
| A partnership can end when | What happens to your links |
|---|---|
| You or the seller revokes it | They stop at once |
| The campaign finishes | Revoked the next night at 02:00 UTC |
| Your paid plan ends with more contracts than the new limit | Lowest selling contracts go first |
| You join a campaign holding a product you already promote | The product moves, the link keeps working and earns the new commission |
Questions affiliate creators ask
It says I need an approved social media account.
Open Edit Profile, then Manage Platforms, and add a platform. Logging in verifies it at once. A manual check takes up to 12 hours. Then try again.
My account is approved on Ainfluencer but pending here.
Accounts are copied over automatically, usually within minutes. Open the affiliate app from Ainfluencer once more and check again shortly.
A product I promoted disappeared from Discovery.
The seller deactivated the product or brand. Inactive items are hidden and earn nothing from that point.
Promote gives an error.
One click Promote works only for brands that approve partners automatically. Use Apply For Partnership for the others.
My link sends people to my storefront.
That is your redirect setting working. The link, product or promotion is no longer available, and Landing sends shoppers to your page.
Where is my money?
Not in your Ainfluencer wallet. Commission is paid through Stripe about 35 days after the sale, and only once Stripe is connected under Billing.
The amount in Stripe is lower than my commission.
The platform fee, usually 5%, is taken from the commission.
