How You Get Paid
The three separate waits between posting and money arriving, what the 20% is, and what the real timings look like.
What this guide covers
Why you are waiting, and which wait you are in
There are three separate waits between posting and money arriving. People usually only know about the last one.
A week after posting with no money almost always means stage one.
Diagnose it in ten seconds: open the deal chat. If the card reads Published & Waiting Approval, you are in stage one and the brand has not approved. Message them, because that wait ends in a refund to them rather than a payment to you.
Setting up a payout method
You need one before the withdraw button will do anything. Wallet tab, then Choose Your Payout Method.
PayPal: tap Add PayPal Account, enter the email on your PayPal account, tap Link PayPal Account. It then shows a Connected badge.
Crypto: tap Add Crypto Wallet, choose a currency and a network, paste your address for that network, and save.
| Method | What you need | Networks |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | The email on your PayPal account | Not applicable |
| Crypto, USDT | An address on a supported network | BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, Tron |
| Crypto, USDC | The same | BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, Tron |
Bank transfer is not available, and support cannot arrange it as an exception. Where Stripe does not operate, a direct bank deposit is not possible at all.
The address is checked against the network’s format before it saves, so the wallet address is not valid means the address and the network do not match. The usual cause is pasting an Ethereum address after choosing Tron.
Requesting a withdrawal
Only deals showing Payment Released can be withdrawn, and each deal can be in one request at a time.
The fee is shown in full before you confirm.
There is no minimum
More than half of all payouts we have paid were under $50, and the smallest was $4. If you have been told the minimum is $50, that is not correct.
Each deal is at its current price
If the brand revised the offer upward and you accepted, the extra is already included.
Legacy balance
Earnings from before August 2025 appear as their own row, and are withdrawn with no fee at all.
You cannot cancel
There is no cancel button. Ask support and they will have it rejected, which returns the money to your wallet.
If Submit Withdrawal Request is grey, check three things in order: a method is actually selected so the circle is filled; you have deals showing Payment Released; and those deals are not already inside an open request.
The fee, and why no method is cheaper
A flat 20%, identical on PayPal and on every crypto option. There is nothing to optimise.
Two details are worth knowing. The percentage is frozen onto your request when you send it, so a request already in the queue is paid at the rate you saw. And your wallet always shows the full deal price, because the fee is taken at withdrawal rather than when you earn.
What can still reduce what arrives is outside Ainfluencer: PayPal’s own charges once the money reaches your PayPal account, and the blockchain network fee on a crypto transfer. On small amounts, a cheap network can be noticeably better than PayPal.
How long it really takes
The app says the 1st and the 15th, then up to five business days. Here is what has actually happened.
| Time from your request to the money being sent | Share of all 554 payouts |
|---|---|
| Within 5 days | 47% |
| Within 15 days | 91% |
| Longer than 30 days | under 3% |
The average is about nine days, so the right expectation is one to two weeks rather than five days.
Every payout is sent by hand by our finance team against a schedule of the 1st and the 15th. A request sent on the 2nd waits for the 15th, while one sent on the 14th can go the next day. Timing your request just before those dates is the only thing that genuinely speeds it up.
If it has said Processing for weeks
Under two weeks is normal. Over a month is not, and it will not resolve on its own.
Requests made before our payment system changed in August 2025 can sit in Processing indefinitely, because they were never picked up by the current payout queue. There are still dozens of them on the platform, some more than a year old.
Note the date and amount
From the Payouts tab.
Message support with both
Say it has been Processing since that date.
They pay it or reject it
A rejection is not a penalty: the money returns to your wallet and you can request again through the current flow.
You cannot cancel a request yourself, so a stuck one needs a person either way. Chasing is the right move, not an impatient one.
Rejections, wrong addresses and missing money
Rejections are rare: nine of the 643 requests ever sent.
| Situation | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Your request was rejected | Nothing left your wallet. The reason is under Details in the Payouts tab | Fix what it names, then send a new request |
| You entered the wrong address | A request keeps the address it was sent with, so editing your method does not fix one already queued | Fix the method and message support the same day to have the old request rejected |
| It says Completed but nothing arrived | It was sent to the address saved when you requested, not the one saved now | Open the payout, check the destination, and for crypto copy the transaction hash and look it up on the network’s explorer |
| You keep getting emails to connect PayPal | A known bug. The reminder does not check whether you saved a crypto wallet | Ignore it, or save a PayPal email as well and still choose crypto each time |
If a payout shows Completed and the explorer shows no transaction, send support the payout date, the amount and the hash. If the destination is not the address you expected, say so explicitly, because it means the request carried an older address and needs tracing.
