How to Deliver and Submit Your Post
You post it, not us. Where the submit button is, and the one choice that decides whether the brand has nine days to approve or two.
What this guide covers
Ainfluencer does not post for you
There is no auto-publishing. The Scheduler is a reminder and tracking tool, not a publishing tool.
You create the content, you post it on your own account on the agreed date, and then you come back and tell us. If you wait for the platform to publish on your behalf, nothing happens and the deal fails two days after the publish date.
If you have read that the platform auto-publishes and captures your link, that described an older system. It was retired, and every delivery since has been manual.
What arrives before the date
Reminder pushes are scheduled the moment the brand pays.
They go out at 72, 24, 12, 6 and 3 hours before the publish date. Only the ones still in the future are sent, so a deal funded the day before gets just the last two or three.
Reminders are built alongside the offer-paid email, so a creator who unsubscribed from our emails may get no reminders at all. If you rely on them, keep offer emails switched on in your notification settings.
Submitting, and where the button actually is
In the deal chat, on the offer card, using Submit Post URL. Pasting the link as a chat message does not submit it.
The offer card once the brand has paid. Everything you need is here.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| How many links | Up to 5 per submission |
| What format | The direct link to the post, from Share, Copy link on the post itself |
| What is rejected | Your profile link, a duplicate, or a link whose format does not match the platform |
| Content-only deals | Use Upload Content to send the files instead |
| Changing it later | Edit URL works until it is approved, and one item must always remain |
The URL format is invalid almost always means you pasted your profile link rather than the post link. Open the post, tap Share, then Copy link.
The trap that costs creators their fee
What you submit decides how long the brand has to approve. This is the single most expensive thing to get wrong.
A readable link buys you about nine days. A story buys you two.
When you submit a link, our system tries to open the post and save a copy of the media and caption. If that works, the clock is pushed about a week forward. If it does not, the clock is not extended at all and still runs from the agreed publish date.
So if you deliver a story on the publish date itself, the brand may have under 48 hours before the deal fails and the money goes back. Also upload a screen recording through Upload Content. That gives us something readable, puts you on the longer clock, and leaves the brand proof the story ran.
Why your deal vanishes right after you submit
It has not been lost. Deals waiting for approval appear in none of the Scheduler tabs.
| Tab | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Paid deals where you have submitted nothing yet |
| Published | Deals that have been approved |
| Failed | Deals that expired or were failed by the timer |
| Nowhere | Deals waiting for approval. Yours, right now |
Find it in your inbox chat instead. The offer card will read Published & Waiting Approval, which confirms the link was received.
Reminder pushes may also keep arriving after you submit. That is a known fault on our side, not a sign your submission failed. Check the card reads Waiting Approval, then ignore them.
If you are late, or the deal already failed
Being late is recoverable. The point of no return is the refund, not the deadline.
| When | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Before the publish date | Use Extend Deadline on the offer card. Agree the new date in the chat first |
| After the date, before the deal fails | Just post and submit. You are late but the deal is live |
| After it shows Failed, before the refund | Post and submit anyway. Submitting revives the deal and restarts the approval window |
| After the brand was refunded | You cannot fix it from the app. Message the brand, who can still approve, which re-charges their wallet |
The gap between failing and being refunded is about a day, so a failed deal is worth acting on the same day you notice it. There is no automatic penalty on your account for being late; what you actually risk is the fee and the brand’s impression of you.
After you submit
Approval is the only thing that releases money, and nothing approves automatically.
Nobody checks your caption
Our system fetches the post to save a copy. It does not read captions for required tags, mentions or disclosures. Re-read the brief before you post, not after.
Silence is not progress
Every day without approval brings the deal closer to a refund, not to a payment.
Chase politely after two or three days
Many brands do not know that approving is what pays you. Say so.
Do not delete the post
Deleting removes the only thing the brand can approve. Check the Duration you agreed before taking anything down.
If you are approaching a week since submitting and the brand has not responded, contact support with the offer link, your live post and the date you submitted, before the deal fails. An admin can approve a delivery, but only while the money is still held.
