Scheduling & Posting
Schedule your posts, publish on time, and confirm them with the brand.
Open the Scheduler tab. Three sub-tabs: Scheduled, Published, Failed. If the post is in Scheduled with a checkmark, you’re good. If it’s in Failed, check the error and reschedule.
If publishing fails (Instagram/TikTok auth expired, network error, content rejected by the platform), the post appears in the Failed tab. You’ll get a push notification. Fix the issue and reschedule, or post manually and submit the live URL.
Wait for the scheduled time, the platform auto-publishes. After publishing, the live post URL is captured and pushed back into the deal thread for the brand to verify. Once verified, the deal moves to Completed and your payment releases from escrow.
If you posted manually instead of via the scheduler, paste the live URL into the deal chat. The platform auto-checks it for required @mentions, #hashtags, and FTC disclosures. Once it passes, the brand gets notified to approve. See Review & Approval for the full flow.
