What to Do When Something Goes Wrong

Suspended, archived, warned, or waiting on money. Work out which one you have, then exactly what to do about it.

Stop 1

Work out which problem you have

Five very different things get described as my account is broken, and they have nothing in common except the feeling.

What you seeWhat it actually isWhere to go
The account card says DisapprovedSuspended by an adminStop 2
The account is in the Archived tabYour username could not be found, usually after a renameStop 5
An email headed Violation NoticeA warning, not a suspensionStop 6
Your deal failed and the brand was refundedA timer ran out without an approvalStop 7
A payout has said Processing for weeksUsually a request from before August 2025Stop 7
Stop 2

If you are suspended

A temporary suspension has no end date. It lasts until an admin reactivates the account, so waiting achieves nothing.

Find the reason

Tap Appeal Suspension on your Profile. The first screen is headed Reason(s) for Suspension. The same reasons are in the email we sent.

They are plain text, not codes

Low-Quality Score, Low Followers, Low Publishing Activities, High Spamming Rate, Violation of Terms. There is no code to quote to support.

Every suspension is a human decision

The automatic rules are not running. You are writing to a person who chose this, not asking a system to recalculate.

Your offers stay visible for 48 hours

After that a nightly job hides them from brands. They reappear if you are reactivated.

Stop 3

Your one appeal

One appeal per suspension. Once it has been reviewed and denied, the app will not accept another for that suspension.

The appeal is a four step pop-up. The only part you write is Reason for appeal, and it is required.

Fix the problem first, then appeal

The admin is deciding whether the account is ready now. An appeal promising future change is weaker than one reporting a change already made.

Name the reason you were given

It shows you read it.

Be concrete

I removed the inauthentic followers and my engagement is back to 4.2% beats please reactivate me.

Then a video and a confirmation

A short Dos and Don’ts video with Confirm Watched, then Submit Appeal.

A denied appeal sends no notification of any kind. No email, no push, nothing. If it has been a few days, open the app and read the card on your Profile rather than waiting for a message that will never arrive.

Stop 4

What you cannot do while suspended

More than people expect, and one effect is delayed by two days.

While suspended
Making offersBlocked immediately
Messaging in chatThe message box is hidden on this account
Editing your profileName, category and picture all disabled
Offers you already sentVisible to brands for 48 hours, then hidden
Offers made while under reviewDeleted
Delivering a deal that was already paidStill works. Submit Post URL is not blocked

That last row matters. If a brand already paid you before the suspension, submitting your link still protects that payment. Do not let a funded deal fail while you wait for an appeal.

Stop 5

If your account is Archived

Archived is not suspended. It means we could no longer find that username at all.

SuspendedArchived
WhyAn admin decided to suspend itThe username was changed, made private or deleted
Where it showsThe card reads DisapprovedIt moves to the Archived tab
How to fix itAppeal from ProfileEmail support with your current username
Does Sync help?NoNo. Sync just returns a message asking you to email support

The commonest cause is simply renaming your handle. If you are planning to change it, tell support first, or expect to email them afterwards. Only an admin can restore an archived account.

Stop 6

If you got a warning

A violation warning and a suspension are different things. A warning on its own changes nothing about what you can do.

It is about one specific offer

Most often for sharing contact details or trying to move the conversation or the payment off the platform.

It is reviewed by a person

A nightly check reads recent unpaid offer chats and flags possible contact sharing for an admin to look at. The flag itself never suspends anyone.

Treat it as the signal it is

The commonest route to a Violation of Terms suspension is a creator who got a warning about off-platform contact and carried on.

If you do not understand it

Reply to the email and ask which deal it was about. A warning is far easier to resolve than a suspension.

Two things creators do believing they are helping also produce warnings: delivering content before the brand has paid, and sharing an email or address in an unpaid chat. Neither is an automatic suspension, but both come with a last-warning notice.

Stop 7

When the problem is money

Three money problems, three different answers.

ProblemWhat is happeningWhat to do
Your deal failed and the brand was refundedNobody approved inside the windowIf it has not refunded yet, submitting a link revives it. If it has, message the brand, who can still approve
A payout has said Processing for weeksRequests from before August 2025 can sit indefinitelyMessage support with the date and amount. They pay it or reject it, and a rejection returns the money to your wallet
A payout says Completed but nothing arrivedIt went to the address saved when you requestedOpen the payout, check the destination, and for crypto look up the transaction hash on the network’s explorer

Nothing here is lost money. A rejected payout returns to your wallet, a failed deal can often be revived, and a stuck request needs a person rather than more waiting.

Stop 8

Contacting support so it gets solved first time

The difference between an answer today and a week of back and forth is what you put in the first message.

From the app

Settings, then Get Help, which opens a ticket.

Include the offer link

Or the brand name and the campaign name.

Include dates

What you submitted and when, or the date of the payout request.

Say what you want

The delivery approved, the date extended, the payout chased, the account restored.

Attach evidence

A link to your live post, or a screenshot if it was a story.

One known snag: the Contact Support button on the suspension alert in the Scheduler does nothing. Use Settings, then Get Help, instead.

Working out what to do

Start at the top and stop at the first line that matches you.

1Is a funded deal at risk? Deal with that first. Submitting still works even while suspended.
2Is the account card Disapproved? You are suspended. Fix the cited reason, then use your one appeal.
3Is it in the Archived tab? Email support with your current username. Sync will not help.
4Did you get a Violation Notice? That is a warning. Stop the behaviour and reply if it is unclear.
5Appealed and heard nothing? Open the app and read the card. A denied appeal is never notified.
6Money problem? Check which of the three it is, then message support with dates and amounts.

Need a person to look at it?

Send the offer link, the dates and what you want, all in one message.
