For Brands

Payment Models & Agreement Types

Fixed fee, commission, hybrid, ambassador retainer, which payment structure fits your campaign, and at what benchmark rate.

You’re not locked into a single payment model. Structure the deal however fits your campaign:

  • Fixed fee per post, flat rate, one payment, one deliverable
  • Upfront + performance bonus, a base payment plus a bonus if the post hits a target (views, sales, engagements)
  • Product gifting only, no cash, you ship product in exchange for a post
  • Affiliate / commission-only, creator earns % of sales through their unique link (requires Shopify or Amazon integration for auto-tracking)
  • Hybrid: product + commission, you ship product AND the creator earns commission on sales
  • Ambassador retainer, monthly fee for X posts per month, long-term contract (usually 3-12 months)

From our marketplace data, ranked by creator acceptance rate (from highest to lowest):

  1. Fixed fee, highest acceptance, especially for micro/mid-tier creators
  2. Hybrid product + commission, high acceptance when product is high-perceived-value
  3. Ambassador retainer, high acceptance from creators looking for stable income
  4. Upfront + bonus, solid acceptance if the base fee is respectable ($50+ for micro-tier)
  5. Product gifting only, moderate acceptance; higher for high-ticket / aspirational products
  6. Commission-only, lowest acceptance rate; often rejected on Free plan (see rejection reasons)

Rough US-market benchmarks per Reel or feed post (2026):

  • Nano (1K-10K followers): $30-100
  • Micro (10K-50K): $100-500
  • Mid-tier (50K-500K): $500-5,000
  • Macro (500K-1M): $5,000-15,000
  • Mega (1M+): $10,000+

Rates vary by niche (finance and B2B pay higher than fashion), engagement rate, geography, and content type (Reel > feed post > Story).

Ainfluencer’s matchmaking factors these in automatically. Post a campaign with your budget and let creators self-filter based on whether they’re interested.

Every accepted offer on Ainfluencer generates a digital agreement that both sides implicitly accept when the offer is funded and accepted. It includes:

  • Deliverables (number of posts, platform, format)
  • Deadline
  • Payment amount and payout terms
  • Usage rights (default: creator retains rights; brand may repost with credit)

For extended usage rights (paid ads, whitelisting, exclusivity), add specific clauses in the offer’s brief field or upgrade to a Pro-plan custom agreement flow.

Ambassador partnerships are structured as a monthly retainer with a defined deliverable cadence. Typical structure:

  • 3-12 month contract length
  • 2-4 pieces of content per month (mix of Reels, Stories, feed posts)
  • Monthly payment via wallet auto-debit
  • Product allotment (monthly restock)
  • Optional: affiliate commission on their unique code
