The best influencer marketing agencies in France are Tanke, Ykone, Matriochka Influences, Foll-ow, JIN, Reech, Clark Influence, InfluenZZZ, 18h08, TRENDS Agency and Obviously, plus Ainfluencer, our own service, which is not a French agency. Most are based in Paris, so this guide also answers the search for an influencer marketing agency in Paris, and it covers the French influencer law that now shapes how you hire.

We read the guides that rank for this search before writing it, and kept the agencies that appear in most of them. Descriptions follow what each agency says on its own website or what Influencer Marketing Hub and Kolsquare report. Campaign figures are the agencies’ own claims and have not been audited. None of the agencies paid to be listed. Pricing is rarely public, and where it is, we say so.

Best Influencer Marketing Agencies in France, Reviewed

1. Ainfluencer: Marketplace Plus Managed Campaigns (our own service)

Ainfluencer is our own service, so weigh this entry accordingly. It is not a French agency. It runs a fully managed influencer and affiliate service and a self-serve marketplace of creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with packages starting at $7,999 for a one-month campaign of 25 creators, published on its own page. Because French law requires specific contract clauses, ask how contracts for French audiences are produced before you start, as you should with any provider.

  • Best for: Brands that want hands-on help, or want to run campaigns themselves across several markets.
  • Pricing: From $7,999 per campaign package

2. Tanke: Creative Influencer Campaigns From Paris

A Paris agency that says it has run influencer campaigns across France and Europe since 2014, covering strategy, creator casting, content, events and reporting. Influencer Marketing Hub reports an event campaign that used eight macro-influencers from five countries and reached 33.7 million impressions. Kolsquare lists IBIS, L’Occitane, Rimmel London, Calvin Klein and Gucci among its clients and, in its French text, five awards in 2025 and an award for a video strategy for BFGoodrich, a Michelin brand. It also reports long relationships, Michelin and Velux among them, of more than five years.

  • Best for: Brands that want creative concepts and multi-market reach, not only creator booking.
  • Pricing: Not public

3. Ykone: Luxury and Fashion Since 2008

Founded in Paris in 2008 and now in 13 offices according to Kolsquare, Ykone focuses on luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and travel. Named partners include Gucci, Chanel, Burberry, Louis Vuitton and Cartier. Influencer Marketing Hub adds a creative studio inside its Paris headquarters and large international campaigns, Formula 1 among them. It runs a proprietary platform called Campaygn for searching creators, managing projects and analysing brand activity, and gives each client a dedicated client partner and project manager. A directory, Influence Europe, quotes campaign budgets from EUR 15,000, a figure the agency does not publish itself.

  • Best for: Luxury houses and international brands that want a dedicated team and platform tooling.
  • Pricing: Not public. A directory quotes budgets from EUR 15,000

4. Matriochka Influences: Independent Strategy and Operations

An independent agency founded in Paris in 2014 by Elodie Monchicourt and Charlie Trouillebout. Kolsquare reports that it has worked with more than 300 brands, Instagram, Spotify, Xbox and Volvo among them, and that it draws on a network of more than 50,000 creators, journalists and experts. It also publishes its own market data: a study of more than 600 paid collaborations that recorded a 30 percent rise in the median price of a collaboration in a year, a useful benchmark when you set a budget.

  • Best for: Groups and growing brands that want one independent partner for strategy and execution.
  • Pricing: Not public

5. Foll-ow: Beauty and Fashion Campaigns With Castings

A full-service agency that handles strategic management and campaign production, organises castings and projects, and provides analysis and reporting. Kolsquare lists Clinique, Maybelline, Celio and Zalando among its clients and describes a focus on beauty and fashion. Ask the agency for its current client list and for prices, which it asks you to request directly.

  • Best for: Beauty and fashion brands that want castings, production and reporting from one team.
  • Pricing: Not public. Quoted on request

6. JIN: Influence Plus Public Relations

A communications agency working on digital influence and public relations since 2012. Kolsquare reports that it was founded by Alexandre Villeneuve, Romain Boudre and Edouard Fillias and merged with Opinion Act in 2022. Influencer Marketing Hub says it builds programmes around sector rules such as health and agri-food, and that it earned the “Agence Conseil en Influence Responsable” e-label in 2023. It reports offices in France, the UK, Germany and the US and uses its own tool, Plugr, to select creators.

  • Best for: Health, food and other rule-bound brands, and brands that want influence combined with PR.
  • Pricing: Not public

7. Reech: A Data-Led Pioneer

A Paris agency that calls itself a pioneer of influence and leads with its proprietary technology, SocialVox. According to its own site, the tool uses more than 300 data points to find the most relevant creators, adjust campaigns in real time and measure real performance and return. Ask for a sample report showing the data points behind one creator choice.

  • Best for: Brands that want measurement and ongoing adjustment built into the campaign.
  • Pricing: Not public

8. Clark Influence: Selling a Place, Not Only a Product

A creative influencer agency whose showcase case in Influencer Marketing Hub is a destination campaign: for the NBA Abu Dhabi Games in 2022 it worked with creators from several European countries to promote the games and the city, in three phases. Its Talent Factory team selects creators by audience geography, demographics and follower growth, and its reported cider campaign for Double Jus reached more than 1.5 million impressions and 10,000 website visits, as stated by the agency. It has a Paris office.

  • Best for: Public bodies, venues and consumer brands that want phased campaigns.
  • Pricing: Not public

9. InfluenZZZ: Senior Advice, Seeding and Ambassadors

A Paris-founded agency that, according to Kolsquare, relies on personal consulting rather than software. It works on seeding, blog trips, sponsored articles, capsule collections, product placement and ambassador programmes, lists Carrefour, Bwin, Zalando and Canon among its clients and runs an academy. It also has a sports division that supports athletes with their online presence.

  • Best for: Brands that want senior advice and seeding or ambassador programmes.
  • Pricing: Not public

10. 18h08: Contracts at Volume, Briefs by Funnel Stage

A results-oriented agency that operates in Paris, Marseille and Bordeaux. Influencer Marketing Hub reports more than 18,600 influencer contracts and campaigns designed for each stage of the acquisition funnel. Its reported campaign for Domyos by Decathlon used micro-influencers on TikTok and Instagram and drove 1.2 million views and 32,000 website visits, as stated by the agency.

  • Best for: Growth-stage brands that want TikTok and Instagram micro-influencer campaigns with contract handling.
  • Pricing: Not public

11. TRENDS Agency: Press and Creators in One Room

An influencer and branding agency whose reported work leans on launches. Its Fenty x Puma Creeper launch brought influencers and journalists together and reported 22 million views from France alone, per Influencer Marketing Hub. Ask how it separates views driven by creators from views driven by media coverage.

  • Best for: Product launches that need press and creators together.
  • Pricing: Not public

French Influencer Law for Brands: What Changed in 2026

France is the only large market where the way you hire and pay creators is set by statute. Law No. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023 and Decree No. 2025-1137 of 28 November 2025, in force since 1 January 2026, mean a written contract with set clauses is mandatory once what an advertiser gives one influencer reaches EUR 1,000 excluding VAT in a calendar year. Gifted product counts. This is general information, not legal advice, and the rules are still developing, so confirm the position with a French lawyer.

The main rules for brands working with creators who reach French audiences

Rule What it says
Written contractRequired once the total of remuneration and benefits in kind from one advertiser to one influencer reaches EUR 1,000 excluding VAT in a calendar year
Contract contentsParties and contact details including country of tax residence, the services, the pay or how it is calculated plus the value of benefits in kind, each side’s rights including intellectual property, and a statement that French law governs when the audience is in France. Missing elements make the contract void
LabellingContent must clearly show whether it is an advertisement or a commercial collaboration
Joint liabilityThe influencer, the advertiser and their agent are jointly liable towards victims of abusive commercial practices
PenaltiesViolations can bring up to two years in prison and fines of up to EUR 300,000
What may come nextA proposed “Influencers Act 2” is under preparation, covering agent regulation, tax rules and platform liability
  • Seeding is not free of paperwork. Several gifted products over a year can pass EUR 1,000 in value. See our guides to gifting versus seeding and product gifting platforms.
  • Your agency becomes part of your risk. Joint liability means an agency that cuts corners on labelling or contracts is your problem too.
  • Creators outside France are in scope when the audience is in France, because the governing-law statement applies to the audience, not to where the creator lives.

How Much Do Influencer Marketing Agencies in France Charge?

Almost none of these agencies publish prices. Ainfluencer publishes campaign packages from $7,999. A directory, Influence Europe, quotes campaign budgets from EUR 15,000 for Ykone, which the agency does not publish itself. For a benchmark that is not an agency’s own claim, Matriochka Influences’ study of more than 600 paid collaborations recorded a 30 percent rise in the median price of a collaboration in a year, so budget for creator fees that are climbing. Ask each agency for a written quote that states the fee, the minimum creator budget and what is billed on top, and see our guide to influencer marketing agency pricing models.

How to Choose an Influencer Marketing Agency in France

  • Language and culture. French-speaking audiences respond to French-language creators, so check how many of the agency’s creators are based in France and create in French.
  • Compliance first. Ask who drafts the French-law contract, how each creator’s yearly total is tracked and who checks labelling before and after posting.
  • Local or international. A Paris boutique knows the market and its creators. An international firm helps if France is one of several markets.
  • Evidence. Ask for results with named clients, tied to sales or visits, not only impressions. Read our influencer marketing KPIs for the numbers worth demanding.
  • Exit terms. Know what happens to creator relationships and content rights if you leave.

Five Questions to Ask Before You Sign

  • Who drafts the contract, and does it contain every clause the decree lists?
  • How do you track each creator’s total remuneration and gifts from us during a calendar year?
  • How is every post labelled, and who checks it before and after publication?
  • Who is liable if a creator breaks the rules, and what does your contract with us say?
  • How do you handle creators who live outside France but target French audiences?

The French Influencer Marketing Market

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are the core channels. Kolsquare’s 2022 data ranked France fifth in Europe by number of creators, with about 57,000 creators above 5,000 Instagram followers and 14,304 above 50,000 on TikTok. Those figures are dated, so use them for scale only. The Dreyfus law firm review puts the number of influencers in France at around 150,000. Micro-influencers are increasingly represented by agents, which is why the management question in our guide to influencer management agencies matters here too.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best influencer marketing agency in France?

There is no single best. Ykone is the luxury and fashion specialist, Tanke suits creative multi-market campaigns, Matriochka Influences is an independent full-service option, JIN suits regulated sectors and 18h08 suits performance campaigns. Match the agency to your sector, budget and markets.

Which influencer marketing agencies are based in Paris?

Tanke, Ykone, Matriochka Influences, Reech and InfluenZZZ are Paris-based or Paris-founded agencies, Clark Influence, 18h08, Obviously and Pulse Advertising have Paris offices, and Gust is a Paris creative agency.

How much do influencer marketing agencies in France charge?

None of the agencies above publish prices except Ainfluencer, which publishes campaign packages from $7,999. A directory quotes budgets from EUR 15,000 for Ykone. Ask each agency for a written quote that states the fee, the minimum creator budget and what is billed on top.

Do I need a written contract with a French influencer?

Since 1 January 2026, yes, once the total remuneration and benefits in kind from you to that influencer reaches EUR 1,000 excluding VAT in a calendar year. The contract must contain set clauses or it is void. Check the details with a French lawyer.

Does product gifting count towards the threshold?

Yes. The threshold adds up money and benefits in kind, including gifted products, invitations and services, given by the same advertiser to the same influencer over the year.

How must influencer content be labelled in France?

It must clearly show whether it is an advertisement or a commercial collaboration.

Who is liable if an influencer breaks the rules?

French law provides joint liability between the influencer, the advertiser and their agent towards victims of abusive commercial practices, so brands and agencies share the risk.

Which influencer agency in Paris is best for TikTok?

None is TikTok only. 18h08’s reported work centres on TikTok and Instagram micro-influencers, and Tanke and Clark Influence both work across TikTok and other platforms. Ask each for TikTok results in your category.
