Ainfluencer for Amazon Sellers

Three ways to put creators behind your listings
Amazon decides where the sale happens. Ainfluencer decides who sends the shopper there and how you pay them. You can pay nothing but a commission, a fixed fee, or only the product.
| Route | How you pay | How a sale is measured | Plan it needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Affiliate | A commission on each attributed sale, charged to your card about 35 days later | Automatically, through Amazon Attribution tags that Ainfluencer sets up in your Amazon Ads account | A connected Amazon account and a payout card. On Free the lowest commission you can set is 25% |
| Paid collaboration | A fixed fee per creator, minimum $10, with a platform fee on top | By you. Put an Amazon Attribution link in the campaign’s bio link and read the result in Amazon | Any plan, including Free |
| Product gifting | Nothing but the product | By you, the same way as a paid collaboration | Starter or above. Free allows 0 gifting creators a month |
What an Amazon connection adds
Native tracking
Ainfluencer creates its own ad groups in your Amazon Ads account so that every creator link carries an Attribution tag. You do not build tags by hand for the affiliate route.
A program for every brand
Each brand found in your catalogue is its own affiliate program, with its own products, commissions and landing page.
Eight marketplaces
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Mexico, each connected as its own profile.
Brand Referral Bonus report
A BRB tab in your reports lists the bonus Amazon records against creator driven sales, product by product.
Your catalogue as gifts
Pick Amazon products when you build a gifting program, or type a product in by hand if it is not on your account.
Brand link approval
Add your Amazon brand link to a brand page. Our team approves it and the page then offers a See on Amazon button.
Connect your Amazon account
You sign in with the Amazon account that has Amazon Ads access. Ainfluencer then reads your advertising profiles, keeps the ones that can use Amazon Attribution and imports your products.
| Step | What you do | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Start | Open Affiliate in Ainfluencer, then the Programs tab, and choose Create Amazon Affiliate Program or Connect a store. In the seller app use Profile, then Manage accounts, then Connect New Amazon Store | A pop up opens Amazon’s sign in page |
| 2. Sign in | Use the Amazon account that owns your Seller Central or Ads profile, and approve | Ainfluencer lists the advertising profiles on the account |
| 3. Profiles are filtered | Nothing | Only seller or vendor profiles in a marketplace that supports Amazon Attribution are kept. Each kept profile starts as syncing |
| 4. Products are imported | Wait | For each profile the advertiser and Attribution tag are fetched, the profile becomes active, and your brands and products are imported with a default commission of 15% |
The eight marketplaces
| Region | Marketplaces you can connect |
|---|---|
| North America | United States, Canada, Mexico |
| Europe | United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain |
Each marketplace is its own connection, so you can run a different commission in each. Almost every seller connected today is on the United States marketplace. If you sign in with an account that has no usable profile you will be told that no Amazon seller profiles were found, or that none of your profiles are in a marketplace that supports Attribution. Amazon makes Attribution available to sellers enrolled in Brand Registry, to vendors and to KDP authors, so check your eligibility in Seller Central first.
How your brands become programs
Every brand in your catalogue is an affiliate program. New brands are imported switched off. When the import finishes, Ainfluencer switches on as many as your plan allows, starting with the brands that have the most products in stock. The limit is Free 1, Starter 1, Pro 2 and Ultimate unlimited, counting Amazon brands and Shopify stores together. Brands that stay off keep their products off. To promote a different brand, switch one off and another on in My Brands in the seller app, or upgrade. A brand you switched off yourself is never switched back on by a later sync.
Keeping the data fresh
Products
Refreshed automatically about every 48 hours.
Re-Sync
A button on each active profile, available once a day. It refreshes the profile, and products are re-imported only if the last import is more than 48 hours old.
Recheck
Appears when a profile is not active, for example after Amazon refused access. It retries the connection. If that fails, connect the account again.
Disconnected
Hover the info icon on the profile to see Amazon’s own error message.
Do not delete or rename the ad groups Ainfluencer creates in your Amazon Ads account. They are how creator links are tracked, and changing them can stop tracking and with it the commissions. The Important Notice button in My Brands explains this too.
You can connect your brand link too: Set your Amazon brand link, then Send for approval. It shows as pending until our team accepts it. A store that has ever had an affiliate partnership cannot be deleted, so deactivate its brands instead.
Products, brands and commissions
You decide which brands and products creators may promote and what each one pays. Everything below is per selected store, so check the store switcher at the top of the page first.
What is switched on after the import
- An Amazon product starts active only if it is in stock and eligible. Out of stock and removed products stay off.
- Deactivating a brand also deactivates all of its products. Activating the brand again does not switch the products back on, so turn them on one by one.
- An inactive product is hidden from creators. Sales dated after you deactivate a product earn no commission.
- New products of a brand are added automatically to your partnerships on that brand.
Set the commission
| How | Where | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| One product | My Products, then the product page | 0 up to, but not including, 100% |
| Several products | My Products or the brand page, select, Edit Products, Edit Commission | Up to 100 products per save |
- New products arrive at 15%.
- On Free the lowest rate you can set is 25%. Paid plans have no floor.
- A change applies to every partnership on that product except those with a rate agreed individually. Because Amazon sales are re-read for the last 60 days, a change also re-prices sales that have not been billed yet.
- Partnered creators are notified when a commission or a product status changes.
- When a plan ends, rates below the new plan’s minimum are raised to it, on your products and on existing partnerships. Moving to Free raises a 15% commission to 25%.
What you can set on the brand page
Automatic approval
Applications without an individually proposed rate are approved instantly. The switch is turned on for all your brands when a paid subscription starts and off when there is none.
Social links
Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, X and your website.
Terms of sales
Upload a PDF, DOC or DOCX of up to 4 MB. Partnered creators are emailed when it changes.
Media assets
Images, MP4 videos and documents that creators can use for the brand or for one product.
Brand image and bio
What creators see on your recruiting page and in discovery.
Landing page
A public recruiting page, with an address you can customise and up to three featured products.
Recruit creators and run partnerships
A partnership is created when either side approves a request. It becomes a contract that fixes the commission on each product and gives the creator their tracked links.
- Affiliate Discovery shows registered creators who have an approved social account or website, with filters for platform, category, location, gender, promotional method, partnership status and follower range. Expanded Network lists creators who have not joined yet and keeps their emails hidden until you reveal them.
- Lists are Manual (you add people) or Smart (they follow your filters, and the filters cannot be changed afterwards).
- Email reveals are included on Starter (50), Pro (100) and Ultimate (6,000) and not on Free. Beyond that, reveals cost $0.10 each from your seller wallet.
- Invitations go to a whole brand or to selected products. A card on file is required to invite or accept. The allowances are Free 5, Starter 50, Pro 500 and Ultimate 50,000, and your user menu shows what you have used today.
- Applications arrive in the Applications tab. Accepting creates the contract, the creator’s links, and a free reveal of their contact details. Rejecting cannot be undone.
- Revoking ends a contract and its links, and a revoked partnership cannot be reopened. Send a new invitation instead.
- Talk to creators in the Ainfluencer chat.
Your recruiting page
Every active brand has a public page at an address you can change, as long as the new one is unique. From the brand page you can copy the link, share it, feature up to three products and hide the brand analytics. A creator applying from it covers the whole brand at the default commissions, and a new creator must first verify a social account or website on the affiliate platform. The page stops working while the brand is inactive.
The details of finding and inviting are in Finding & Recruiting Affiliates and How to Run an Affiliate Program.
How Amazon sales are tracked and reported
Amazon numbers are not live. They come from Amazon Attribution reports that Ainfluencer pulls every few days, so plan around a delay.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Where does the data come from? | Amazon Attribution tags carried by each creator link, reported by Amazon |
| How often is it pulled? | Daily at 06:00 UTC, for each active profile whose last pull is about three days old |
| How far back? | The last 60 days are refreshed on every pull, so recent figures can still change |
| Which sales count? | Purchases within 14 days of the click |
| How long until a sale shows? | Up to about four days |
| What if Amazon refuses access? | The Amazon account is marked disconnected and pulls stop until you reconnect |
The Reports section
In the seller app open More, then Reports. The tabs are Performance (date, clicks, conversions, average conversion rate, sales and commission), Brand, Product, Affiliate and BRB. Each has a date range, filters, a chart and a table, and the data can be exported to a spreadsheet. Conversion rate is purchases divided by clicks. The dashboard adds counters for brands, products, affiliates, promotions and contracts, a last week chart, top products and top affiliates.
The Brand Referral Bonus tab
Amazon’s Brand Referral Bonus pays eligible brands a bonus on sales they drive to Amazon from outside it, and Amazon describes the average as about 10%. The BRB tab lists the bonus amounts Amazon reports, by date and product, for creator links Ainfluencer tracks. Eligibility and enrolment are Amazon’s, so confirm yours in Seller Central.
Why your numbers differ from Seller Central
- Ainfluencer counts only sales Amazon attributes to creator links, not all of your store’s sales.
- The window is 14 days from the click, and last touch applies. If a shopper clicks a creator link and later clicks a sponsored ad, the ad gets the credit.
- Shoppers who see a post on a phone and buy on a desktop, or who open the Amazon app directly, may never be attributed.
- A creator who shortens or edits a tagged URL breaks the tag. Check the final link in the post.
Every report tab has a Demo Data switch that replaces real figures with sample ones. It resets when the page reloads, but check it is off before you share a screenshot.
Commission, cards and payouts
Creators are paid by your card, not from a wallet. The charge happens only once a sale is old enough that Amazon returns no longer matter.
Add the payout card
Open the Payouts tab of the Affiliate dashboard, or Account settings, then Billing in the seller app, and press the button that connects a card. You are taken to a Stripe page and returned when it is saved. Read the card requirements shown beside the button first. The screen notes that the card is used only for affiliate commission payouts and is not charged for subscriptions. Without a card you cannot create an affiliate campaign, invite or accept creators, and your running campaigns are paused each night.
How a commission is worked out and paid
| Stage | What happens | When |
|---|---|---|
| Sale reported | The Attribution report row is matched to the creator’s link and contract, and the commission is worked out from the contract that covered that product on the day of the sale | With each report pull |
| Percentage commission | Attributed sales over 14 days multiplied by the rate | At the same time |
| Hold | A sale cannot be billed until it is 35 days old, which covers returns | 35 days |
| Billing run | Your card is charged the full commission, per creator and per currency | Nightly at 03:00 UTC |
| The creator | Their share is sent to their Stripe account in the same payment, minus the platform fee that your plan sets, 5% where it sets none | Stripe then pays their bank |
- The run picks at most 10 sellers a night, so on a busy night yours may be billed the next one.
- If a card is declined, your other saved methods are tried and then up to three attempts about 60 seconds apart. A failed line shows Retry under More, then Payments. The alerts are in the app only, with no email.
- The statement total shows the platform fee added to the commission, but your card is charged only the commission. Read the Commission Paid column for the real amount.
- A sale that cannot be matched to an active partnership contract is skipped.
Allow roughly five to seven weeks from a sale to the creator’s bank. The creator’s view is in Affiliate Payout Structure.
Promotion codes
A promotion code is a discount creators attach to their links. For Amazon, Ainfluencer stores and shares the code, and you create the real one on Amazon.
- A code is 8 to 12 letters and numbers with no spaces, entered twice. It can be public, for every partnered creator on those products, or private, for creators you choose.
- You set a percentage, a fixed amount or free shipping, and a start and end date.
- Create the same code, with the same discount and dates, in Seller Central. Ainfluencer cannot create, change or delete a promotion on Amazon, and deleting one here does not remove it there.
- The confirmation before you submit warns that afterwards you can only extend the duration. Extending an expired promotion does not reactivate it, so create a new one.
- Shoppers see the code on a creator’s product page only when they are signed in to a free shopper account.
Creating promotions in Ainfluencer is a plan feature, and the standard plans do not include it at present. If Add New Promotion answers with Promotion Creation Limited, that is why, and contacting support is the way to ask for it. You can still put a code you made in Seller Central into a creator’s brief.
Paid collaborations and gifting with an Amazon listing
Neither of these routes needs the Amazon connection. They are for when you want a specific creator and a specific post rather than an open commission offer.
A paid collaboration with your own tracking
- Choose Paid Collaboration and Let’s Go. On the store step choose Others: My products are not on Shopify.
- When asked whether creators should add a link in their bio, answer yes and enter your product address. Put your Amazon Attribution link there so the click is measured in Amazon.
- Make one tag for each creator rather than one for the campaign, so you can compare them directly.
- Finish the brief and upload at least one image or video. That upload submits the campaign for review.
- Pay an accepted offer to start the work. The money sits in escrow until you approve the delivery.
- Check the Attribution dashboard in Amazon one to three days after the post goes live.
The fee is added on top of the price: Free 25%, Starter 20%, Pro 15%, Ultimate 3%. Agree usage rights, such as using the content in ads, in the chat before you pay, because the offer records only the price, delivery date, duration and bio link. See How to Launch a Campaign.
Gifting
A gifting program sends a free product and pays no fee. You can pick products from your Amazon account or type one in with a name, retail price and image. The ship from country must match your Amazon address, and you choose the countries you ship to. Our team reviews every program, and you then move each creator through the board yourself: requested, accepted, shipped, received and completed.
- You ship the parcel yourself. There is no shipping or tracking integration for gifting, so share the tracking number in the chat.
- A creator’s address locks when you move the card to Shipped.
- Unit totals are for display only and do not stop requests, and there is no pause button, only an end date.
The full walk through is How to Run a Gifting Campaign.
Which plan an Amazon seller needs
The limits that matter to an Amazon seller are how many brands run at once, how low a commission can go and how many creators you can reach.
| Free | Starter | Pro | Ultimate | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price per month | $0 | $49 | $149 | $699 |
| Per month, billed yearly | None | $33.25 | $104.08 | $499.92 |
| Active Amazon brands and Shopify stores | 1 | 1 | 2 | Unlimited |
| Lowest commission you can set | 25% | No minimum | No minimum | No minimum |
| Premium affiliate tools | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Affiliate invitations | 5 | 50 | 500 | 50,000 |
| Affiliate email reveals | None | 50 | 100 | 6,000 |
| Fee on paid collaborations | 25% | 20% | 15% | 3% |
| Campaigns at once | 1 | 2 | 3 | Unlimited |
| Gifting creators a month | 0 | 25 | 150 | Unlimited |
| Advanced analytics reports | 3 | 30 | 100 | 1,000 |
Every plan includes the branded landing page and automatic payouts. Quarterly and yearly billing exist on the paid plans, and yearly is about 30% below the monthly price. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period, and anything above the new limits is then switched off, lowest selling items first, so choose what to keep before the date. Rates below the new plan’s minimum are raised to it. See How Plans, Limits and Upgrades Work.
Questions Amazon sellers ask
Which Amazon accounts can I connect?
Seller or vendor profiles in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain or Mexico, signed in with the account that has Amazon Ads access.
I connected, but my brand is Inactive.
Your plan allows a set number of active brands and stores, and all of your slots are in use. Switch another off and this one on in My Brands, or upgrade.
My new products are missing.
Products refresh about every 48 hours. Press Re-Sync on the profile, which is available once a day.
My profile says Disconnected.
Amazon refused access. Use Recheck, and if that does not help, connect the account again.
Can I delete a store?
Not once it has had an affiliate partnership, even a revoked one. Deactivate its brands and products instead.
The report shows fewer sales than Seller Central.
Reports count only sales Amazon attributes to creator links, over a 14 day window, and refresh every few days.
Can I use Ainfluencer without Brand Registry?
Paid collaborations and gifting do not need it. Amazon Attribution, which the affiliate route relies on, is available to Brand Registry sellers, vendors and KDP authors, so check your eligibility with Amazon.
Can I run affiliate and paid campaigns together?
Yes, as separate campaigns, and each holds one of your campaign slots.
