Use Case Guide · For Kids and Family Brands

Ainfluencer for Kids and Family Brands

Family, Kids, Motherhood and Toys are four different creator pools, and baby food sits in another branch altogether. This guide shows how to choose between them and which gifting requirements suit a product for children.

Stop 1

Four categories, four different creators

The Family / Kids branch has four working categories. They are not interchangeable, so pick by who decides to buy your product.

CategoryCreator accounts, roundedChoose it when
Family10,700The product is for a household and the creator shows daily family life
Kids3,600The product is for children and the creator’s content is about them
Motherhood3,500The buyer is a parent and the creator speaks as one
Toys1,400The product is a toy and the creator reviews or plays with them
Other700Nothing above fits. Use sparingly
  • Baby Foods is not here. It sits under Food / Drinks / Dining, with about 700 accounts.
  • Family is about three times the size of Kids or Motherhood, so it gives you the widest search and the least precision.
  • Counts are accounts that picked the category, including some still in review, so search shows fewer.
  • A creator can pick several categories, so the same person may appear in more than one.

Requirements that matter for a children’s product

The gifting wizard lets you set conditions that creators must meet. A product for children is a good reason to use several.

RequirementWhat it does
Minimum age 18 plusLimits recipients to adult creators
DisclosureAsks creators to label the post as a partnership
Tagging or hashtagsAsks creators to tag your brand or use set hashtags
Minimum engagement rateSets a floor on how engaged the creator’s audience is
Competitor exclusivityAsks creators not to promote a competitor
Custom termsYour own wording for anything else
  • These are conditions the creator agrees to. Ainfluencer does not check the product itself.
  • You can also limit one product per creator per quarter.
  • Safety standards, labelling and advertising rules for children’s products depend on your country. Check them yourself before you ship.
Stop 4

Which route fits a family product

The same product can go three ways. Match the route to the price and to how often it is bought.

RouteTypical fit
GiftingA free toy or product for an honest post. No fee, and plan access starts at Starter
Paid collaborationA fixed fee for one post, paid into escrow before the creator starts
AffiliateCommission on sales, with products from your Amazon or Shopify store
  • Gifting lets you set a monthly cadence with units a month, a monthly value cap and a limit of one product per creator per quarter.
  • Units a month and the value cap are stored but nothing enforces them, so count units yourself.
  • A paid collaboration costs the price you agree plus a platform fee: Free 25%, Starter 20%, Pro 15%, Ultimate 3%.

From request to post

In gifting the creator asks, you accept, you ship, and the creator posts.

StageWho moves it
Requested or Pending AcceptanceThe creator asks, or you invite and they answer
Accepted, Awaiting ShipYou accept the request
ShippedYou move the card
ReceivedThe creator taps Confirm Received
CompletedThe creator tells you with the post links
  • The creator’s address is shown once you accept and locks when you mark the card Shipped.
  • Share the tracking number in the chat. Gifting has no built-in tracking.
  • If the brand or the creator is suspended, open requests are cancelled by the system and cannot be reopened. Accepted gifts continue.
Stop 6

Your campaign categories decide who sees it

Creators see campaigns through their own category choices, so the categories you tick are a targeting decision.

  • The wizard asks for at least one campaign category. Hashtags are optional.
  • In the creator app, Explore has a My category tab that shows campaigns in the creator’s own categories.
  • A toy brand ticks Toys and Kids. A baby bottle brand ticks Motherhood and Family. Ticking every category widens the audience and lowers the match.
  • You can open a campaign to everyone or limit offers to invited creators only.
Stop 7

What a deal costs, in numbers

A paid collaboration adds a platform fee on top of the creator’s price. Here is a $200 offer on each plan.

PlanFeeYou pay in total
Free25%, $50$250
Starter20%, $40$240
Pro15%, $30$230
Ultimate3%, $6$206
  • The creator receives the price less about 20% when they withdraw.
  • The money is held in escrow until you approve. Without approval you are refunded to your wallet.
  • The minimum offer is $10. Gifting has no fee.

Questions kids and family brands ask

Which category should I search for baby food?

Baby Foods under Food / Drinks / Dining, which has about 700 accounts. Search Motherhood too for the buyer.

Can I only invite adult creators?

The gifting wizard has a minimum age of 18 plus option. Use it if you want that condition.

Does Ainfluencer check product safety?

No. Check the rules for your product and country yourself.

Why does Family give me so many results?

It is the biggest of the four categories, with about 10,700 accounts. Try Kids or Motherhood for a tighter match.

Can I send one product a quarter to each creator?

Yes. Switch on the limit of one product per creator per quarter in the Recipients step.

From category to first post

2Open full profiles before you invite.
3Set requirements such as minimum age and disclosure.
4Launch the gifting program and wait for review.
5Ship and post the tracking number in the chat.
