The Best Amazon SEO Agencies for 2026
17 Amazon SEO agencies compared for 2026: published prices from $150, how long rank takes, what Amazon says about search and red flags to avoid.
An Amazon SEO agency makes your products easier to find in Amazon search and more likely to sell once found. It researches keywords, makes sure they are indexed, rewrites titles, bullets and backend terms, tracks where each product ranks and tests changes. This guide compares 17 Amazon SEO agencies and services using what each says on its own website as read on 4 November 2026.
Every result a provider reports about itself is labelled as a provider claim, because none were audited. Where a price is not published we say so instead of guessing. Numbers in the list are positions, not scores.
Amazon SEO Agencies: The Short Answer
- Prices are mostly project-based. Published prices include $750 per variation (Skale Strategy), $300 to $2,000 per variation (SellerMetrics), $495 per listing (Evolve AMZ) and about $150 to $500 for a rewrite (Enso Brands).
- Ongoing SEO is usually part of account management. Olifant Digital includes it from $2,000 a month and Skale Strategy’s full service starts at $3,500 a month.
- Indexing is fast and ranking is slow. Providers say new keywords index in days, but rank on competitive terms takes weeks to months because it follows sales.
- Amazon publishes no ranking weights. Be careful with any agency that names a secret formula or guarantees a position.
- Ask what they report. Rank per keyword, indexing status and organic share of sales are better measures than a headline sales figure.

- Pricing: From $750 per variation. Full service from $3,500 a month
- Timeline: Not stated. Several FAQ answers on its pages are blank.
- Watch out for: Amazon SEO is sold as a project or as part of full service, not as a standalone retainer, and its pages name no keyword rank or indexing metrics.
2. Olifant Digital
Amazon SEO inside account management, tracked daily. Offices in Grand Island NY, Santa Monica, London, Berlin and Sofia. Founded 2018. Olifant’s SEO page says keywords come from Brand Analytics, search term reports and the brand’s own ad data, and that listings that already rank keep their winning fields while only the weak ones are rewritten. Its Olifant AI tool tracks organic rank per keyword daily, indexing status and organic share of sales. It says SEO is part of Amazon account management that starts at $2,000 a month, month to month, and never a percentage of ad spend.
- Best for: Established brands that want SEO tied to ads and account work and reported on rank and organic share.
- Pricing: Part of account management from $2,000 a month
- Timeline: First 7 days for audit and keyword plan. New keywords usually index within days. Rank builds with sales, with no fixed time. It shows an example moving from rank #38 to #4 in 8 weeks, which is illustrative.
- Watch out for: It does not sell SEO on its own, and its case results give no baselines.
3. AMZ Advisers
Term-by-term indexing checks for established brands. Agency since 2016. Location not stated. AMZ Advisers builds a keyword universe per product from search term data, competitor coverage and category demand, verifies that every priority term indexes after a change, rechecks on a cadence and traces failures. It reports rank, click-through rate, conversion rate, ACoS and TACoS per ASIN in a weekly dashboard. It says it is not for catalogs below roughly seven figures, brands new to Amazon without sales history or brands whose revenue is concentrated on one marketplace.
- Best for: Established brands that want indexing and rank checked term by term.
- Pricing: No exact price. Performance-aligned after a free 30-minute audit
- Timeline: Indexation changes appear within days. Head-term rank takes months because Amazon needs sales history.
- Watch out for: No price is public, and it says plainly that smaller or new brands are better served by other programmes.
4. Velocity Sellers
Keyword mapping and weekly rank reporting. Jericho, New York. Amazon agency since 2016. Velocity Sellers runs a free 30-minute audit, then maps one primary and secondary term per ASIN with placement, rewrites and rebuilds listings in order of revenue, then re-maps. Keywords come from Brand Analytics and other sources. It reports weekly on rank for target terms, organic versus paid share and conversion rate by ASIN, and judges success on organic sales share rather than keyword counts. Its published examples include Safe Catch with 4x conversion and Griot’s Garage with +10.5% conversion (agency claims).
- Best for: Brands on Seller or Vendor Central that want a clear audit, map and measure cycle.
- Pricing: Not published. Scoped after a free audit
- Timeline: Indexing changes within days. Rank on competitive terms usually 4 to 8 weeks of consistent sales.

A case study reports sales growing 60% from $2.6M to $4.2M (agency claim, with the client’s name inferred, not stated).
- Best for: Brands that want per-variation prices and a fixed monthly rank check.
- Pricing: $300 to $500, $800 to $1,300 or $1,500 to $2,000 per variation
- Timeline: Few weeks for first gains. 2 to 3 months for significant results.

6. My Amazon Guy
Five-phase SEO plan with a priced first phase. Atlanta, Georgia. My Amazon Guy’s SEO page lists five phases, with a fifth, AI search, added to an earlier four-phase plan. Phase 1, search term optimization, uses Helium 10 Cerebro and Xray plus the top 10 competitors and costs $900 on one page and $1,000 on another, covering up to 10 ASINs and taking a few days. 7. Enso Brands
Keyword mapping and an indexing audit. Location not stated. Selling on Amazon since 2016. Enso Brands maps keywords by search volume, competitor coverage and conversion potential, and its audit says a typical account has 200 to 400 keywords that are indexed but not ranking. A single listing audit and rewrite costs about $150 to $500. It says indexing follows a listing change in 24 to 72 hours and that measurable ranking improvement takes 3 to 6 weeks, though other pages say 30 to 60 days. It claims a 22% median organic session increase within 90 days (its own internal data).
- Best for: Growing brands that want a low-cost start with an audit.
- Pricing: About $150 to $500 for a single listing audit and rewrite
- Timeline: Indexing in 24 to 72 hours. Rank in 3 to 6 weeks or 30 to 60 days (its pages differ).
- Watch out for: No performance guarantee, no SEO retainer price, and its best case study is full-funnel, not SEO alone.
8. Evolve AMZ
Itemised one-time prices and honest limits. Colorado. Established 2017. Evolve AMZ’s keyword research uses Helium 10, Brand Analytics, competitor search data and customer reviews. - Best for: Brands, aggregators and portfolio sellers with 10 to thousands of SKUs.
- Pricing: No price published
- Timeline: Not stated. Campaigns can launch in 48 to 72 hours.
- Watch out for: No public price, no Amazon partner status claimed, a single-product seller is not its described client and its blog has been quiet since July.
10. Seller Interactive
Amazon SEO with intent clustering and image SEO. Began in Toronto in 2010. Seller Interactive builds keyword research from search term reports, reverse ASIN data and competitor listings, clusters terms by buyer intent, optimizes titles, bullets and backend terms with mobile formatting and treats image sequencing as part of SEO. How We Chose These Amazon SEO Agencies
We started from the agencies named across published lists of Amazon SEO agencies, then read each one’s own pages: its Amazon SEO or listing page, pricing, about page and case studies. We kept an agency only if it appeared active and described Amazon SEO as a real service. We left out a general web SEO agency with no Amazon work, a PPC-only agency and one whose only SEO content was an old blog post.
Most published lists are written by the agencies they rank, so treat any ranking, including this one, as a starting point. Badges and results are the agencies’ own claims.
What Does an Amazon SEO Agency Do?
The work behind Amazon SEO and what to ask about each task
| Task | What it means | Ask the agency |
|---|---|---|
| Keyword research | Finding the terms shoppers use, usually from Brand Analytics, ad search terms and tools | Which data sources, and how are terms prioritised? |
| Indexing checks | Confirming Amazon returns your product for each target term | How do you check indexing term by term? |
| Title, bullets and backend terms | Placing keywords where Amazon and shoppers read them | How do you balance keywords with conversion? |
| Images and A+ Content | Lifting click-through and conversion, which supports rank | Are images in scope or sold separately? |
| Rank tracking | Watching position per keyword over time | Which tool and how often do you report? |
| Testing | Comparing versions with Amazon’s experiment tool | What counts as a win and how long is each test? |

What Amazon Says About Search and Ranking
These facts come from Amazon’s own pages, read on 4 November 2026, and are kept apart from provider claims.
Amazon’s statements on titles, keywords and ranking
| Topic | What Amazon’s pages state |
|---|---|
| Title | The limit is 200 characters, and Amazon recommends 60 or fewer |
| Bullets | A short label followed by about 100 characters |
| Backend terms | Go in the generic keyword field in lowercase, separated by spaces, without repeating visible text |
| Converting keywords | Amazon says focusing on keywords that convert can help rankings |
| Best Sellers Rank | Based on recent and all-time sales, with recent sales weighted more |
| Brand Analytics | Search Query Performance shows impressions, clicks, cart adds and brand share per query and needs Brand Registry |
| Ranking factors | Amazon says ranking aims to match search intent using keywords and other factors, and lists no weights |
Several things agencies repeat are not confirmed by Amazon’s pages: the names A9 and A10 for the search system, a specific weight for sales velocity, and any rank lift from outside traffic. The widely quoted 250-byte backend limit comes from Seller Central forum threads, not an Amazon help page we could read. Ask an agency where each claim comes from. For a practical guide, see Amazon backend keywords and Amazon product title optimization.
Amazon SEO vs Amazon PPC: What Is the Difference?
Amazon SEO improves your organic position, so you earn clicks without paying per click. Amazon PPC buys placement in sponsored slots. The two work together: a well-optimised listing converts better, which lowers ad costs, and sales from ads can help organic rank. Many full-service agencies sell both. If advertising is your main need, compare Amazon PPC agencies and management services. If you want a one-off rewrite, see Amazon listing optimization services.
Amazon SEO Agency Pricing
SEO prices providers publish on their own sites (read 4 November 2026)
| Provider | What it publishes |
|---|---|
| Enso Brands | About $150 to $500 for a single listing audit and rewrite |
| SellerMetrics | $300 to $500, $800 to $1,300 or $1,500 to $2,000 per variation by package |
| Evolve AMZ | $495 per listing for Keyword + Copy, paid upfront |
| Skale Strategy | From $750 per variation. Full service from $3,500 a month |
| My Amazon Guy | Phase 1 at $900 or $1,000 for up to 10 ASINs |
| Olifant Digital and ScaledOn | SEO inside retainers that start at $2,000 a month |
Other guides quote ranges such as $2,000 to $10,000 a month for retainers and $50 to $2,000 per listing. Those figures come from agencies and vendors with something to sell, and per-ASIN figures differ by about ten times between sources, so use them only to sense-check a quote.
How Long Does Amazon SEO Take?
Providers agree on the shape and differ on the numbers. New keywords usually index within a day or a few days after a change. Rank movement then depends on sales on those terms: Evolve AMZ says 2 to 4 weeks, Velocity Sellers 4 to 8 weeks, Enso Brands 3 to 6 weeks and My Amazon Guy 3 to 6 months for significant rank change. Seller Interactive says stable gains take several months, and AMZ Advisers says head terms take months because Amazon needs sales history. All of these are provider statements, so agree how progress will be measured before you start.
Amazon SEO Agency vs Freelancer vs Software
Three ways to do Amazon SEO
| Route | Best when | Cost shape | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agency | A larger catalog, or SEO tied to ads and inventory | Retainer or per-project prices | Pooled account managers and reports that hide raw data |
| Freelancer | A few listings that need research and copy | Per listing or hourly | Quality varies and ongoing tracking is thin |
| Software and DIY | You have time and want to learn | Tool subscriptions | Slow learning and weak testing |
For a full-service option, compare full-service Amazon FBA agencies, and read how to rank Amazon products organically first if you are still learning.
How to Choose an Amazon SEO Agency
- A keyword audit first. Ask for a short audit or sample keyword map for one of your products.
- Indexing checks. The agency should confirm each target term is indexed, not only write copy.
- Reporting. Rank per keyword, indexing status, organic share of sales and conversion by ASIN, on a fixed schedule.
- Scope in writing. Say whether images, A+ Content and testing are included.
- Fit with your size. Some agencies want seven figures or many SKUs, while others start at a few hundred dollars.
- Honest limits. A good agency says when SEO is the wrong fix, such as a suppressed listing or a weak product.
- Data and file ownership. You should keep the keyword lists, copy and reports.
Questions to Ask an Amazon SEO Agency Before You Sign
- Which data sources do you use for keyword research?
- How do you check that each priority term is indexed?
- Which keyword rank tool do you use, and can I see the reports?
- How do you test changes, and what counts as a win?
- What is in the fee: copy, images, A+ Content and testing?
- How long until I should see indexing and rank changes?
- What happens if rank does not improve?
- Can I speak to a client in my category who has been with you for over a year?
Red Flags When Hiring an Amazon SEO Agency
- Guaranteed page-one rank. Amazon publishes no ranking weights, and no one controls competitors.
- A secret algorithm. Be careful with agencies that name A9, A10 or other systems as proof.
- Keyword stuffing. Long keyword-packed titles can hurt conversion and break Amazon’s rules.
- Results with no baseline or period. ‘Up 400%’ means little without a start and an end date.
- No indexing or rank reporting. Sales alone cannot show whether SEO worked.
- An agency that ranks itself first. Many top lists are written by the agencies they recommend.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an Amazon SEO agency cost?
Published SEO prices in this guide run from about $150 to $500 for a single rewrite (Enso Brands) and $300 to $2,000 per variation (SellerMetrics) to $750 per variation (Skale Strategy). Ongoing SEO is usually part of a retainer starting at $2,000 a month.
How long does Amazon SEO take to work?
New keywords usually index within days. Rank on competitive terms takes weeks to months because it follows sales, and providers quote anything from 2 weeks to 6 months.
What is the difference between Amazon SEO and listing optimization?
Listing optimization is the rewrite of a page. Amazon SEO adds keyword indexing, rank tracking and ongoing testing. Some agencies sell them together, and one-off rewrites are covered in our listing optimization guide.
Does Amazon SEO need Brand Registry?
Not for titles and bullets, but A+ Content, Brand Story and the Search Query Performance report need a Brand Registry brand.
Is an Amazon SEO agency worth it?
It can be when you have enough products or sales that better rank pays for the fee. For a few listings, a freelancer or software may be enough.
Can an agency guarantee a first-page rank?
No. Amazon publishes no ranking weights, and rank depends on sales, relevance and competitors. Several agencies in this guide say so plainly.
Should I choose a specialist or a full-service agency?
A specialist suits a listing project. A full-service agency suits ongoing SEO tied to ads and inventory. Ask both for a sample audit.
What should an Amazon SEO report include?
Rank per target keyword, indexing status, organic share of sales, click-through and conversion by ASIN, and the test results for any change.
