16 Amazon brand management agencies and seller consultants compared for 2026: published prices, protection scope, what Amazon says and red flags.

An Amazon brand management agency looks after the whole brand on Amazon: the catalog, pricing, the Buy Box, unauthorized sellers, Brand Registry tools and growth planning, and usually advertising and inventory too. A seller consultant advises you and your team and leaves the work to you. This guide compares 16 Amazon brand management agencies and seller consultants using what each says on its own website as read on 4 November 2026, and adds what Amazon itself says about brand protection.

Every result a provider reports about itself is labelled as a provider claim, because none were audited. Where a price is not published we say so instead of guessing. Numbers in the list are positions, not scores.

Amazon Brand Management Agencies: The Short Answer

  • Only one provider here publishes a brand management price. Olifant Digital starts at $2,000 a month. The others quote after an audit.
  • Scope varies a lot. Seller Interactive and Olifant Digital describe hijacker, MAP and counterfeit work in detail, while several others list brand protection as a single bullet.
  • Know the three models. A brand manager runs the brand, a consultant advises your team and a reseller such as Pattern buys inventory and sells it for you.
  • Amazon offers free protection tools. Brand Registry, Report a Violation and Project Zero are free, so ask what an agency adds beyond them.
  • Keep ownership. Your trademark, Brand Registry account and ad account should stay in your name.

Brand management inside full account management. Offices in Grand Island NY, Santa Monica, London, Berlin and Sofia. Founded 2018. It says brand management is part of account management that starts at $2,000 a month, with a weekly report, a weekly call and a Slack channel. It lists named client results such as Wedge Guys +391% sales and Coat Defense with TACoS from 16.4% to 11.9% (agency claims).

  • Best for: Established brands that want protection, catalog control and growth from one team.
  • Pricing: From $2,000 a month. A monthly retainer, not a percentage of ad spend or sales

The most detailed brand protection scope in this list. Began in Toronto in 2010. Seller Interactive’s brand protection page runs through six phases: audit, monitoring, enforcement, escalation, stabilization and prevention. It covers Brand Registry review and completion, trademark ownership checks, monitoring for hijackers, unauthorized sellers, altered listings and Buy Box changes, infringement claims with evidence such as trademark records, image comparisons and test orders, and MAP guidance. It claims 1,300+ brands (agency claim, which sits oddly beside an 18-person team page).

  • Best for: Brands with established sales that are losing the Buy Box or facing hijackers.
  • Pricing: Not published. Free Amazon growth audit
  • Engagement: Folded into ongoing account management. Retainer, project or hourly not stated.

Velocity Sellers covers Brand Registry, counterfeit and unauthorized seller monitoring, listing hijacks, IP complaints, Buy Box monitoring and MAP enforcement against resellers, noting that Amazon does not enforce MAP itself. It offers two models: a full-service partnership in which the agency runs the plan, and a consulting engagement of audit, growth plan and reviews while your team executes. Onboarding takes 90 days. Its published results include Griot’s Garage with +18.8% sales and HALO with 300%+ conversion after catalog clean-up (agency claims).

SupplyKick’s brand management page describes a dedicated in-house account manager, an inventory reorder process reviewed before purchase orders, MAP and pricing enforcement and rogue-seller handling, on 1P and 3P. It offers an agency partner model or a wholesale model in which it takes inventory ownership, and a consultancy where the fee is developed with the client. It lists Amazon Ads Verified Partner status and says its contracts are not designed for lock-in (agency claims).

  • Best for: Brands that want a managed partner and are open to a wholesale arrangement.
  • Pricing: No numbers published. Custom pricing, not a percentage of ad spend
  • Engagement: Flexible, no lock-in claimed. Term and notice not stated.
  • Watch out for: Its managed-revenue figure is $100M+ on some pages and $200M+ on others, and wholesale means giving up inventory control.

Managed accounts for established 7 to 9 figure brands. Corona, California. Founded 2016. Marketplace Valet has 25+ US-based operators and covers account health, listing health, policy compliance and case resolution (it says an average of under 48 hours), inventory score, FBA utilization, profit and loss tracking, advertising with DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud, and brand management. Its own FAQ says it is not for early-stage brands, brands needing sign-off on every tactical move, brands unwilling to commit ad spend, or sellers wanting fulfilment on their own. 6. Pattern

Reseller model at enterprise scale. Lehi, Utah. Founded 2013. Pattern’s 3P partnership covers forecasting, content, listing optimization, ad strategy, customer service, pricing, rogue-seller and inventory monitoring, compliance and global expansion, and its page says brands set the strategy while it executes. It buys inventory upfront, which makes it closer to a distributor than an advisor. It claims over $2B in global revenue in 2025 and names clients such as SPANX and NaturVet (agency claims).

  • Best for: Large brands in health, beauty, home and electronics that want an execution partner that holds inventory.
  • Pricing: Not published
  • Engagement: Inventory purchased upfront. Contract not stated.
  • Watch out for: It is a poor fit for a small brand that wants an advisory retainer or to keep inventory, and no pricing is public.

7. Incrementum Digital

A named brand manager who owns the growth plan. Location not stated. Founder-led since 2018. Incrementum’s brand management gives you a dedicated brand manager who owns the growth plan from category and competitor research, with launch plans, promotions, deals and Subscribe and Save, and tracks organic rank next to paid. Catalog and account operations are a separate service, and its page does not cover MAP, hijackers or Brand Registry. The first 90 days run in four phases (take over, optimize, scale, test), and you own the ad account and data. It claims 500+ brands (agency claim).

  • Best for: Seven-figure brands that want a growth owner and ads-first support.
  • Pricing: Not published. No minimum spend stated
  • Engagement: Full service or ads-only. Contract terms not stated.
  • Watch out for: Protection and account operations are not in scope, and its brand management page may be over a year old.

8. Canopy Management

Brand support for compliance, appeals and Brand Registry. Austin, Texas. Operating since 2015. Canopy’s brand support page lists product policy appeals, reinstating suppressed listings, account health appeals, parent-child variations, Brand Registry support including brand protection and trademark support, and support cases and stranded inventory. It describes daily monitoring and an intro call with assigned specialists, but gives no detail on how protection or MAP works. It claims 99.1% partner retention (agency claim).

  • Best for: Brands that need appeals, reinstatement and Brand Registry help alongside ads.
  • Pricing: Not published. Quote
  • Engagement: Retainer or project not stated.
  • Watch out for: No price is public, and its testimonials are not specific to brand protection.

9. AMZ Advisers

Consulting and 1P vendor guidance for $1M to $20M brands. Agency since 2016. Location not stated. AMZ Advisers lists vendor consulting for 1P, an Accelerator programme for brands already selling, a New to AMZ programme and an eight-week international blueprint before expansion. Its 1P consulting page says little beyond whether the catalog still belongs on 1P, and it offers free growth and brand audits. It claims Amazon Ads Advanced Partner status and 550+ brands, though the body text says 200+ (agency claims).

  • Best for: Brands from $1M to $20M that want guidance on 1P, expansion and growth.
  • Pricing: Not published. Free audits
  • Engagement: Programmes of about 8 to 24 weeks. Contract terms not stated.

Vendor and Seller Central management with AI monitoring. Offices in New York, Newark (Delaware), Seattle, Dubai and Bengaluru. SalesDuo does not sell brand management as a standalone service. Its account management covers Vendor Central, Seller Central, advertising, SEO, A+ and Brand Pages, shortage claims, chargebacks, transitions between Vendor and Seller Central and 12-month inventory forecasting. Brand protection appears only in its FAQ, as an AI dashboard that monitors unauthorized sellers. Its own article says it is less suitable when you need trademark litigation or independent legal counsel.

  • Best for: Brands that want account management with some monitoring and a BI dashboard.
  • Pricing: Not published
  • Engagement: Free consultation, audit and weekly account reviews. Contract not stated.
  • Watch out for: No standalone protection scope or price, and its protection coverage is not publicly verified.

11. AMZDUDES

Brand management as positioning and reporting. Austin, Texas, with an office in Karachi. Since 2020. AMZDUDES’s brand management aligns listings, A+ Content, Brand Store pages and creative with brand identity, coordinates ads with brand strategy, monitors reputation and helps address eligible policy violations through Amazon’s processes, with reporting on ACoS, TACoS and sell-through. It starts with a strategy call on day 1 and an audit by day 5, and works month to month. It says Amazon makes the final reinstatement decisions and gives no guarantee.

  • Best for: Private-label and multi-product brands that want brand-led account management.
  • Pricing: Not published. Discussed after intake
  • Engagement: Month to month, no long contracts.
  • Watch out for: Hijacker and Transparency work is not confirmed on its pages, and no retainer amounts are given.

Ad-first agency with brand and account services. Mailing address in Riverton, Utah. A Spreetail company. Buy Box Experts lists Amazon advertising, listing optimization and account management, including Brand Registry support and catalog management. It shows an Amazon Advanced Partner badge and describes itself as a Spreetail company. Its contact form offers a minimum monthly ad budget of $1,500 to $3,000, which is spend, not a fee. It claims over $2B in Amazon revenue for top brands (agency claim).

  • Best for: Mid-to-large product brands that want ads first and some account work.
  • Pricing: Not published. Its form shows ad budget options from $1,500 to $3,000 a month
  • Engagement: Not stated.
  • Watch out for: Brand management is not a named service, its about page returned an error and the headquarters could not be confirmed.

13. Emplicit

Full-service agency with brand protection among its lines. Offices in San Diego, New York, Chicago and Seattle. Emplicit lists brand protection alongside PPC, listing optimization, inventory, account health, logistics and off-Amazon marketing, and offers a reseller model in which it takes over payouts. It claims 450+ brands and $100M+ in managed ad spend (agency claims, with different figures on different parts of its homepage).

  • Best for: Consumer brands that want brand protection as one part of a marketplace package.
  • Pricing: Not published. Proposal request
  • Engagement: Not stated.
  • Watch out for: Its homepage figures are inconsistent and the reseller model is a control trade-off.

14. Amazon Growth Lab

Boutique agency with brand protection and review management. Culver City, California. Amazon Growth Lab lists brand management and protection, review management and pricing alongside PPC, DSP, listings and account management, with in-house experts. It says it takes only five new clients a month (agency claim).

It claims Amazon Ads and SPN partner status and 430+ brands (agency claims, with other counts on other pages).

  • Best for: Brands doing roughly $1M or more a year that want brand registry help with ads and listings.

Data4Amazon covers Seller Central and Vendor Central account management, account setup and Brand Registry, account health monitoring and PPC, and says billing can be hourly, monthly or fixed price. • Best for: Sellers and vendors that want operations support with flexible billing.
  • Pricing: Not published. Hourly, monthly or fixed price
  • Engagement: Not stated.
  • Watch out for: Its headcount and location conflict across sources, and brand protection is not a named service.

How We Chose These Amazon Brand Management Agencies

We started from the providers named across published lists of Amazon brand management agencies and consultants, then read each one’s own pages: brand management, brand protection or consulting pages, pricing, about pages and case studies. We kept a provider only if it appeared active and offered brand-level work, not only ads. We left out an agency whose own domain now redirects elsewhere, an advertising agency with no brand service, one whose own pages could not be read and one that describes no brand service.

Most published lists are written by the providers they rank, so treat any ranking, including this one, as a starting point. Badges and results are the providers’ own claims.

Brand Management vs Account Management vs Consulting

The three terms are often mixed up, and no top-ranking page we read defined them side by side. In practice they differ in who does the work and what it covers:

Brand manager, account manager, consultant and reseller compared

Role What it covers Who does the work Billed by
Brand management agencyCatalog, pricing, Buy Box, unauthorized sellers, Brand Registry tools and growth planThe agencyMonthly retainer
Account management agencyListings, ads, inventory planning, account health and reportingThe agencyRetainer or share of sales
Seller consultantAudit, strategy, training and reviewsYour teamHourly, project or small retainer
Reseller or wholesale partnerBuys your inventory and sells it on AmazonThe partnerMargin on goods

If you mostly need ads, listings and inventory run, compare full-service Amazon FBA agencies. For ads alone see Amazon PPC agencies, and for search and copy see Amazon SEO agencies.

What Does Amazon Brand Management Include?

  • Catalog control. Keeping titles, images and variations as you set them, and removing unknown child listings.
  • Pricing and MAP. Watching resellers and following up on minimum advertised price breaches. Amazon does not enforce MAP itself.
  • Buy Box and hijackers. Monitoring who holds the Buy Box and removing unauthorized sellers.
  • Counterfeits and IP. Reporting infringements with evidence such as trademark records and test orders.
  • Brand Registry tools. A+ Content, Brand Stores, Brand Analytics and Sponsored Brands.
  • Growth planning. Launches, promotions and category strategy, with ads and inventory tied in.
  • Reporting. A regular report on sales, rank, TACoS and brand health.

Start with the basics in our guides to Amazon Brand Registry and Amazon A+ Content.

What Amazon Says About Brand Protection

These facts come from Amazon’s own pages, read on 4 November 2026, and are kept apart from provider claims.

Amazon’s own brand protection tools

Tool What Amazon’s pages state
Brand RegistryFree. Needs a registered or pending trademark, and IP Accelerator helps brands without one. Its tools include Report a Violation, Transparency, Project Zero, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Brand Analytics and Sponsored Brands
Report a ViolationCovers intellectual property, store policy and regulatory reports and works without a selling account (page dated 31 July 2026)
Project ZeroFree. To qualify, a brand needs a 90% acceptance rate on trademark reports in the last six months, and a 99% accuracy rate to stay enrolled
TransparencyProduct serialization that Amazon says has verified more than 2.7 billion units (May 2026). Serialization is paid
Sponsored BrandsOpen to Brand Registry sellers, vendors and agencies

Amazon defines no term such as ‘brand management agency’ and publishes no price range for agencies, so any price you see comes from the providers themselves.

Amazon Strategic Account Services and the Service Provider Network

Amazon runs its own Strategic Account Services programme, which gives a larger seller a dedicated customer success manager. Amazon’s page says it requires $500,000 in sales, a US Professional account and three consecutive sales months, is priced by quote with a three-month minimum, and, when we read it on 4 November 2026, said it was at full capacity. Amazon also runs a free Service Provider Network directory of vetted third-party providers, reached through Seller Central, and says it does not endorse them. Verify any agency’s listing yourself, and compare it with an agency quote on the same scope.

Amazon Brand Management Pricing

Providers bill in a few ways, and almost none publish a brand management price.

How Amazon brand management and consulting is billed

Model How it works Seen in this list Watch out for
Monthly retainerA fixed fee for the brand teamOlifant Digital (from $2,000 a month)Check what ad management and creative cost extra
Custom quoteScoped after a free auditMost providers in this listGet the scope and the exit terms in writing
Consulting engagementAudit, plan and reviews while your team executesVelocity Sellers, AMZ Advisers, SupplyKickYour team still needs the time to do the work
Reseller marginThe partner buys inventory and keeps the marginPattern, SupplyKick (wholesale)You give up control of inventory and pricing

Other guides quote $2,000 to $10,000 or more a month, and 3% to 20% of revenue, but those figures come from agencies and conflict with each other, so use them only to sense-check a quote.

When Do You Need Amazon Brand Management?

  • Hijackers or unauthorized sellers. You are losing the Buy Box or seeing listings you did not create.
  • Price erosion. Resellers are undercutting your minimum advertised price.
  • Counterfeits or copied listings. You need evidence-based reports and escalation.
  • A growing catalog. Variations, images and content drift without someone owning them.
  • No in-house Amazon owner. Ads, inventory and brand tools need one accountable team.

It may not be worth it when you have a few products, no resellers and a small budget. Several providers say so: Marketplace Valet excludes early-stage brands and Olifant Digital does not take them. In that case start with Amazon Seller Central basics and your own Brand Registry tools.

How to Choose an Amazon Brand Management Agency or Consultant

  • Scope in writing. List catalog control, MAP, hijackers, counterfeits, Brand Registry tools, ads and reporting.
  • The model you want. Choose between doing it for you, advising your team or a reseller arrangement.
  • Ownership. Your trademark, Brand Registry account and ad account stay in your name.
  • Evidence of protection work. Ask for a described case with dates, not only sales growth.
  • Category fit. A beauty or supplement brand needs an agency that knows compliance rules.
  • Legal limits. Ask where its role ends, because trademark litigation needs a lawyer.
  • Exit terms. Know the notice period and what you keep if you leave.

Questions to Ask Before You Sign

  • Who owns the Brand Registry account, trademark records and ad accounts?
  • How do you detect hijackers and unauthorized sellers, and how fast do you act?
  • How do you handle MAP breaches and what do you do beyond Amazon’s free tools?
  • Is the work done for us, or do you advise our team?
  • What is in the fee, and what costs extra, such as ads and creative?
  • How will you report results, beyond sales growth?
  • What is the contract length and notice period?
  • Can I speak to a client in my category who has been with you for over a year?

Red Flags When Hiring an Amazon Brand Management Agency

  • Guaranteed removal of sellers or reinstatement. Amazon makes the final decisions.
  • Demands for your login or ownership of your account. Use permissions you can revoke.
  • Protection claims with no named case or date. Ask for an example of a described process.
  • A reseller deal presented as a service. Check whether the partner buys your inventory.
  • A long lock-in. A few months to onboard is normal, a year of fees is not.
  • An agency that ranks itself first. Many top lists are written by the agencies they recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an Amazon brand management agency?

An agency that looks after your brand on Amazon: catalog, pricing, the Buy Box, unauthorized sellers, Brand Registry tools and growth planning, often with ads and inventory. It differs from a consultant, who advises your team.

How much does Amazon brand management cost?

Only Olifant Digital publishes a figure in this guide, from $2,000 a month. Other guides quote $2,000 to $10,000 or more a month, but those are provider estimates, and most providers quote after an audit.

What is the difference between a brand manager and an account manager?

A brand manager owns the brand-level work such as catalog control, pricing and protection. An account manager runs the day-to-day account: listings, ads, inventory and reporting. Many agencies sell both.

Do I need a consultant or an agency?

A consultant suits a team that has time and skill and needs direction. An agency suits a brand that wants the work done. Velocity Sellers and AMZ Advisers offer consulting as well.

Does Amazon offer brand protection for free?

Yes. Brand Registry, Report a Violation and Project Zero are free, and Transparency serialization is paid. An agency should add work beyond these tools.

What is Amazon Strategic Account Services?

Amazon’s own programme that gives larger sellers a dedicated customer success manager. Amazon’s page says it needs $500,000 in sales and a three-month minimum, and said it was at full capacity when we read it.

How do I find a vetted Amazon provider?

Amazon’s Service Provider Network lists vetted third parties through Seller Central, but Amazon does not endorse them. Check the listing and ask for references.

Can an agency guarantee removal of hijackers?

No. Amazon makes the final decisions on reports and reinstatements, and several providers say so on their own pages.

Key Takeaways

  • Sixteen Amazon brand management agencies and consultants are compared above, with prices only where a provider publishes them.
  • Brand management differs from account management and consulting, so decide who should do the work before you compare.
  • Amazon’s own tools are free, so ask what an agency adds beyond them.
  • Keep ownership of your trademark and accounts, and agree exit terms in writing.
