Three ways to earn, and what you need to start
Brands post campaigns, you answer the ones that fit, and Ainfluencer holds the money until the work is approved. There are three kinds of campaign, and they pay in very different ways.
| Route | What you get | How you are paid | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paid collaboration | A price you propose, which the brand accepts by paying it | The full price is held in escrow, released when the brand approves your post, then withdrawn to PayPal or crypto | After approval, then roughly one to two weeks to withdraw |
| Product gifting | A free product, shipped to your address | No money. You keep the product and post about it | When the parcel arrives |
| Affiliate | Tracked links to a brand’s products | A commission on each sale, through your own Stripe account | About five to seven weeks after the sale |
Before you begin
The app, not the website
Creators work in the Ainfluencer mobile app on iOS or Android. If you sign in on the website you are sent to a download page. A brand email cannot be used in the app, so a brand needs a second address to be a creator.
An Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account
Connect at least one. Facebook and X cannot be connected. TikTok and YouTube accounts must be public. A YouTube login with several channels gives you a channel to pick, and each channel becomes its own Ainfluencer account.
Enough followers to pass review
Reviewers cite a minimum of 5,000 followers more than any other reason when they reject an account. Treat that as the bar, and wait rather than applying early, because five rejected requests lock you out for seven days.
Your real details
You need to be at least 13, with a bio that has no contact information in it. Contact details are blocked throughout the app until a brand has paid.
A way to be paid
Collaboration earnings are withdrawn to PayPal or a USDT or USDC crypto wallet. Bank transfer is not available. Affiliate commission needs a separate Stripe account.
Nothing to buy
The plans described in the brand guides are for brands. For you, the cost is a fee taken when you withdraw collaboration earnings, normally 20%.
The same gates, in more detail, are in How to Join and Get Approved.
Sign up, connect your account and get approved
Signing up is the first of four gates. Most creators who say nothing is happening are stuck on the third or the fourth, which are finishing your media kit and waiting for review.
| Gate | What you do | Who moves it |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Sign up and verify | In the app, tap Sign Up. Enter a first name, last name, email and a password of at least eight characters, or choose Continue with Google. Type the five digit code we email you. Google skips the code | You, then automatic |
| 2. Connect an account | See the next table. Instagram uses a direct message with a code, TikTok and YouTube use sign in | Usually automatic, sometimes a person |
| 3. Finish the media kit | Six short steps. The account card shows Draft until you do | You |
| 4. Quality review | Saving the last step moves the account to Pending Admin Approval. A person reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and you are notified by push and email | Our team |
Connecting each platform
| Platform | How it works |
|---|---|
Type your username without the @. The app shows a code such as ain-123456. Tap Open Instagram & Follow + DM, follow @ainfluencer.official and send the code on its own as a message, from the account you are connecting. Then tap Confirm you did it. Nothing goes in your bio any more | |
| TikTok | Choose TikTok and approve access in the TikTok app. A later screen asks you to follow another account and send a code. It does not check anything on our side, and your review status is what decides whether you can work |
| YouTube | Choose YouTube and sign in with Google in the browser window. If the Google account has several channels, pick one. If the code expired, start again and finish in one go |
- Every time you re-enter your Instagram username the app creates a new code and the old one stops working. Always send the code showing right now.
- If the app cannot find your code after two checks it sends the account to manual review for you. You see a Submitted message, then Pending Verification on the card, and an admin confirms ownership. The app says up to 24 hours, and it is a target, not a timer.
- One social account can belong to only one Ainfluencer login. If someone else already connected it, contact support with both email addresses.
- After a rejection, Resubmit Verification Request on the account card lets you try again once you have fixed the reasons shown. After five rejected requests you wait seven days.
- Instagram accounts are kept private-safe by ownership proof, but keep your account public while a reviewer is looking at it.
What the account card tells you
| Card says | Meaning | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Pending Verification | Waiting for a manual ownership check | Wait, and keep the account public |
| Verification Rejected | Ownership check failed. Tap the card for reasons | Fix them and resubmit |
| Draft | Connected, media kit not finished | Tap Complete Profile |
| Pending Admin Approval | Media kit done, waiting for quality review | Wait. You can already send offers |
| Active | Approved | You can use every part of the app |
Pending is not useless. A pending account can send offers. They are saved as temporary offers that brands do not see, and they are delivered the moment the account becomes Active. If the account is suspended instead, those offers are deleted. Gift requests, accepting gifting invitations and affiliate links all need an Active account.
Build a media kit brands choose
The six steps are the filters brands search on and the page they read before answering an offer. Each step saves as soon as you continue, so you can stop and the app resumes at the first unfinished one.
| Step | What it asks | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Media kit | A bio of 20 to 700 characters, language, gender, date of birth and an optional photo | The bio is pre-filled from your profile. Emails, phone numbers, websites and handles are blocked. You must be 13 or older |
| 2. Niche | One to ten categories. Hashtags your audience follows are optional | Saving the step with no hashtags removes any you saved before, which stops you matching those hashtags in brand search |
| 3. Audience | Up to three audience locations, post topics and a description of your audience, at least 20 characters each, and at least one insights screenshot | Insights need an Instagram creator or business account, or TikTok or YouTube analytics. This step cannot be skipped |
| 4. Showcase | Up to ten photos, and optional past collaborations as an Instagram link or an upload | Choose Finish later if you have none yet |
| 5. Shipping address | Label, full name, street address, country, city, zip, phone and a map pin | Needed for gifting. Choose Add address later to skip, and manage addresses in Settings later |
| 6. Goals | At least one goal | Saving this step sends the account to quality review |
Your public media kit
When you finish, the app shows Your media kit is live with a button to share the link. It is a normal web page at app.ainfluencer.com/public/profile followed by your account number, so you can send it to brands outside Ainfluencer. It shows your photo, bio, audience, categories, gallery, past collaborations, content you delivered through Ainfluencer, reviews from brands, brands you worked with, your other connected accounts and similar creators. Each visit counts as a profile view. The page is cached for up to 12 hours, so edits can take that long to appear. Each social account has its own link.
Managing your accounts
- On the Profile tab, the three dot menu on an account card offers Sync, Edit Name, Edit Category and Edit Profile Picture. Share and Edit Profile are on the card itself.
- Sync refreshes your followers and posts. Instagram and TikTok allow it once every 24 hours. YouTube waits five minutes between syncs in the app. Instagram is also refreshed automatically once a month.
- If your username changes or disappears, the account is archived and moves to the Archived tab. Tell support before you rename a handle, because only an admin can restore an archived account.
- You can connect several accounts to one login. Each has its own media kit and status, and they all pay into one wallet.
- The account selector at the top of Explore and the Inbox chooses the account you are acting with. Gift requests, gifting invitations and affiliate links check that account, so switch to an Active one first.
- Removing a social account is not possible in the app. Ask support.
- Choosing Edit Profile and re-saving the last step can put an Active account back into review. Offers still work while it is pending.
Find campaigns that fit
Explore is the first tab. What you see depends on the account selected at the top: its platform, its country and its categories.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All | A mix: top campaigns, campaigns by category, an affiliate section and a gifting section |
| Affiliate | Commission campaigns where you generate links |
| Gifting | Free product campaigns, with My Gifting Pipeline at the top |
| Most paid | Campaigns ranked by what they pay |
| For You | Campaigns matched to your profile |
| Invited to | Campaigns whose brands invited you |
| My country | Campaigns limited to where you live |
| My category | Campaigns in your categories |
- Only campaigns that are active and approved, from brands that are not suspended, appear. Campaigns limited to other countries or other platforms are left out.
- Campaigns are ordered by a ranking score recalculated daily, then newest first. Search by campaign or brand name, and recent searches are kept on your phone.
- Campaign details show the brief, what to deliver, promotional details such as how long a post must stay up, whether to add a link in your bio and whether a product is shipped, the requirements, and content other creators already published. The main button reads Make an Offer, Accept Invitation or View offer.
- A brand’s profile lists its campaigns by type and its ongoing offers.
- The three dot menu lets you Report a campaign or Block the brand. Blocking removes the brand’s campaigns for you, and there is no unblock button, so ask support if you change your mind.
- If Explore looks empty, check the selected account, try another tab, and finish your profile.
Invitations
When a brand invites you, Ainfluencer sends one grouped email twice a day, at 06:00 and 18:00 UTC, plus a push that opens Campaigns Invited You To. You can mark invitations as read, delete one or delete all, and a deleted invitation cannot be restored. Open the link in the email while logged in, because a logged out tap only lands on the login screen.
An invitation shows only while its campaign is active and approved and you have not yet made an offer from it. Paid invitations open the offer form. Affiliate invitations open the campaign for link generation. Gifting invitations offer Accept Invite or Reject invite. Offers started from an invitation link in an email skip the campaign’s gender and location requirements.
You also get a weekly email of campaigns for you every Monday.
A practical walk through is How to Find Campaigns and Send Offers.
Send your first offer
On a paid collaboration you propose the deal. Sending the offer also opens a chat with the brand and puts the offer straight into Waiting Brand Approval, which means the brand can pay it immediately.
| Part of the form | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Account | Shown only if you have more than one. Switch it from the account selector |
| Link in bio | A Yes, if the campaign requires one |
| Delivery date | When you will post. It starts two weeks ahead, and a Short deadline warning appears under 14 days. The app notes that creators usually set delivery four to six weeks out |
| How long it stays up | Tick I will delete the content after and choose hours, days, weeks or months, minimum four hours. Leave it unticked for permanent |
| Your price | Enter your proposed price. The minimum is $10 and the app shows a suggested price for your account |
| Your pitch | What you will do for the brand, 50 to 250 characters |
| About you | Topics you post about and your audience, 50 to 250 characters each, plus at least one collaboration type |
| Portfolio | Insight screenshots and images or videos of past collaborations |
Tap Save and Continue, check the Review your offer sheet and tap Send Offer. An Offer sent sheet explains the next steps, and Open offer chat takes you straight to the conversation. Your topics, audience, insights and past work are saved to your profile and prefill your next offer.
Rules that can stop an offer
| Message or situation | What it means |
|---|---|
| Already made an offer | One offer per account per campaign. If an admin deleted the earlier one, you cannot send another |
| Draft or suspended account | Finish the media kit, or see the suspension card on Profile. A pending account can still send offers |
| Gender or location does not meet the requirements | The campaign is limited. You can offer on it only if the brand invites you |
| Not approved yet or paused | The campaign is not live |
| Blocked by the brand | You cannot offer on this brand’s campaigns |
| Contact details in your text | Emails, phone numbers, links and handles are refused |
| We could not start the chat | Nothing was created. Wait a minute and send it again |
Price like a professional. Brands pay a platform fee on top of your price, so the fee never comes out of what the brand pays you. The 20% the app mentions is taken from your earnings when you withdraw, so work out what you need to receive and price with that in mind.
After you send it: negotiation and payment
The brand accepts your offer by paying it. Until then either of you can change the terms, and each change goes to the other side for approval.
| You see | Meaning | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Waiting Brand Approval | Your offer is sent and the brand has not paid | Edit Offer to change your own terms |
| Waiting Your Approval | The brand changed price, date, duration or bio link | Accept, Edit or Reject |
| Rejected by Brand | The brand turned it down. Tap See the brand’s reason(s) | Edit Offer reopens it |
| Rejected by You | You turned down a counter | Edit Offer reopens it |
| Paid & Scheduled | The brand paid. The money is in escrow | Deliver by the date |
- Accepting a counter returns the offer to Waiting Brand Approval, ready to be paid. Rejecting keeps your original terms.
- You can accept or reject only while the offer is pending and your account is Active.
- The chat is the only way to talk to the brand. Contact details are hidden for both sides until the offer is paid, except with brands on the Ultimate plan. If you try to share them you see a sheet saying your contact was kept safe, and the part of the message shows as hidden.
- Open chats can be pinned (up to five rooms), archived for your own view, searched and filtered by status. You can save and reuse message templates, send your saved shipping address as an address card, and attach insight screenshots when a brand asks for them.
- Offers that sit unpaid for six months with no activity are deleted. The brand gets reminder emails after one and three days.
Changes after the brand has paid
- Extend Deadline lets you move your delivery date once per scheduled period. It applies immediately, without asking the brand.
- The brand can send a revision request for price, date, duration or bio link, up to two per deal by default. A card appears and Accept and Reject replace your usual buttons until you answer. Accepting applies the new terms, and a higher price goes into escrow. Rejecting keeps the old terms.
- If the brand asks for your audience insights, upload screenshots from your analytics for the last 90 days with Upload & Submit Insights. They are saved on your profile and shown to any brand that requests them, so keep them current.
Do not take the deal off Ainfluencer. Asking a brand to talk or pay outside the platform is the most common reason accounts are warned or suspended, and it removes the escrow that protects your payment. See the last stop on staying in good standing.
The full lifecycle is in How a Deal Gets Closed.
Deliver the post and get it approved
After the brand pays you post on your own account, submit the proof, and the brand approves it. Approval is what releases your money, and nothing approves it automatically.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Reminders | You get pushes 72, 24, 12, 6 and 3 hours before the publish date |
| Post | Publish on your own account, following the caption, link in bio and dates in the brief |
| Submit | On the deal card tap Submit Instagram Post, Submit TikTok Post, Submit YouTube Post or Submit Post URL and paste up to five links. For content only deals tap Upload Content and send files |
| Waiting | The card reads Published & Waiting Approval. The brand sees your post under Final Delivered Result |
| Approved | The card reads Published & Approved and the money is released to your wallet within about a minute |
- Use the direct link to the post. Use Share and Copy link on the post itself. Profile links and Instagram stories are refused or cannot be read. Duplicates are blocked.
- You can edit a link or add and delete files until it is approved, but at least one item must remain.
- When a link is read successfully the deal’s start date moves to seven days after submission. That gives the brand time to approve.
- If you are late, you can still publish and submit as long as the brand’s money has not been refunded. Extend Deadline or Submit Post URL both revive a failed deal.
- With no link or files two days after the publish date, the deal expires. The brand is refunded three days after that date unless you deliver first. A refund means you are not paid.
- The Scheduler tab has Scheduled, Published and Failed lists. A deal that is waiting for approval appears in none of them, so open it from the Inbox.
Chase the approval. If a brand never approves, the deal fails and the money returns to them, roughly nine to ten days after a readable link is submitted. Message the brand in the chat the day you submit. If the brand disapproves, the money stays held while you correct the post and submit the new link, and they are refunded 14 days after the deal’s start date if nothing changes. Our team can also approve or disapprove a delivery.
After a deal is approved the brand can write a review with three star ratings and a public comment. Our team checks every review before it appears on your profile. A bad review you think breaks the rules can be reported to support. The delivery steps are in How to Deliver and Submit Your Post.
Get paid
There are three separate waits between posting and money arriving: the brand’s approval, the move into your wallet, and the withdrawal itself. Most delays are the first one.
| Where the money is | What you see |
|---|---|
| Brand has not paid | Payments tab: Pending Payment |
| Paid, post not approved | Payment Escrowed |
| Approved | Payment Released. It shows the full offer price and can now be withdrawn |
| Withdrawal paid | Payout Made |
| Deal failed | Refunded Payment. The money went back to the brand |
Set up a payout method
- PayPal. In the Wallet tab tap Add PayPal Account, enter the email of your PayPal account and tap Link PayPal Account.
- Crypto. Tap Add Crypto Wallet, choose USDT or USDC, choose BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana or Tron, paste your address and save. The address is checked against the network, so a mismatch is caught before you save.
- You can keep one PayPal and one crypto method. Saving again replaces it. A request already sent keeps the address it was sent with.
- Bank transfer and Stripe are not available for collaboration payouts.
Request a withdrawal
- Select your payout method so its circle is filled.
- Tap Submit Withdrawal Request. It stays grey until a method is selected and something is available.
- Select the completed deals to include. The sheet shows the offer amount, Ainfluencer Fee (normally 20%) and You Will Receive.
- Tap Request Withdrawal. One request is created per deal. There is no minimum amount.
- Every payout is sent by hand by our finance team, around the 1st and 15th, and the app says it can take up to five business days after that. Plan on one to two weeks from the request.
- The status shows Processing, then Completed with where it was sent and, for crypto, a transaction hash you can copy. Completed is announced inside the app only.
- A rejected request shows the reason under Details. The money stays in your wallet and the deal returns to your list, so you can send a new request.
- You cannot cancel a request yourself. Ask support to have it rejected.
- The fee is fixed on the request when you send it. Earnings from before August 2025 appear as a Legacy balance and are withdrawn with no fee. The chat card estimates your payout at 80% of the price.
- Money that arrives later in PayPal or on a blockchain may also carry that service’s own charges.
The full payout guide, with what has happened in practice, is How You Get Paid. Coupons and platform credit that a brand uses never reduce what you receive.
Receive free products
In a gifting campaign the brand sends you a product and you post about it. No money changes hands, and the wallet is not involved.
| Stage you see | What it means | Your move |
|---|---|---|
| Requested | The brand is reviewing your request | Wait |
| Needs You or Invited | The brand invited you | Accept Invite or Reject invite |
| Accepted | The brand will ship | Check your address |
| In Transit | Shipped, tracking may follow | Wait for the parcel |
| Received | You confirmed it arrived | Create your content |
| Published & Completed | You shared your links | Done |
- Open a gifting campaign and read The deal, Eligibility and the Campaign Brief.
- Tap Send Gift Request, choose or add a shipping address and add an optional note of up to 255 characters. If the button says the brand does not ship to your country, that brand cannot send to that address.
- Tap Confirm Received when the parcel arrives. It is the only status you set.
- Post as agreed, tick each post condition, paste the post links and tap Tell the brand I posted. You can add more links later, or withdraw one as long as one stays.
- Your selected account must be Active. A draft, pending, suspended or archived account is stopped with a message about that account. A pending account sees Waiting for admin approval.
- You can take part once per campaign. A cancelled or rejected request cannot be reopened.
- You can change the address only while the gift is requested, invited or accepted. After it ships, tell the brand in the chat straight away.
- If your account is suspended, and you have no other Active account, your open requests and invitations are cancelled by the system and cannot be restored.
- The app sometimes shows a generic Could not complete this request message. Check that your selected account is Active, that you live where the brand ships, and that the campaign is still open.
- Editing a shared link is not working yet. Add the correct link as a new one and withdraw the wrong one.

Earn commission with affiliate links
In an affiliate campaign you are paid a percentage of each sale made through your own tracked links, instead of a fixed fee. Links, sales and payouts run on the separate Ainfluencer Affiliate platform, not in your Ainfluencer wallet.
- Open a campaign in the Affiliate tab. The first visit shows Ready to Start Earning?: Generate, Share, Earn.
- Tap Generate Link. One tap creates links for every product in the campaign that you do not have one for yet. Your partnership is approved automatically.
- Copy a product’s link with Copy My Link and post it in your bio, stories or videos. Shoppers buy on Amazon or Shopify.
- Watch Link analytics for 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time: clicks, sales, earned over time, an Amazon and Shopify split, product performance and payouts.
- Your selected account must be Active, and you need at least one Active account on Ainfluencer. The Affiliate platform also checks its own copy of your accounts, which is updated about every minute, so a first attempt right after approval can fail. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- A product can sit in only one of your campaigns at a time. If you join a newer campaign that includes a product you already promote, it moves there. New sales earn the new campaign’s commission, your link stays the same, and earlier sales keep their original commission.
- Commission rates are set by the brand per product. You cannot negotiate them in the app, but you can message the brand in the Ainfluencer chat.
- When a campaign ends, its links stop earning the next night.
- Existing links keep working if your account is suspended, but you cannot join new campaigns or create new links.
Getting paid
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Connect Stripe first | Affiliate money is paid through Stripe Connect on the Affiliate platform. Sign in at affiliate.ainfluencer.com with the same email, using Forgot password the first time, then open Account Settings, Billing and choose Let’s Go |
| The sale | A shopper buys through your link. Amazon sales are matched from reports in the days after, and Shopify purchases are recorded as they happen |
| The hold | A sale cannot be billed until it is 35 days old, which covers returns |
| The nightly run | At 03:00 UTC the brand’s card is charged the full commission and your share goes to your Stripe account in the same payment |
| Stripe pays you | To your bank on Stripe’s own schedule. Roughly five to seven weeks from the sale |
- A platform fee of 5% is taken from the commission by default. What you receive is the commission minus that fee, and the Payouts list in the app is already net.
- Your Stripe country follows the phone number you verified on the Affiliate platform, then your profile country, then the US. It cannot be changed afterwards.
- No Stripe account means no payment. Sales stay unbilled and are paid after you connect, nothing is lost.
- There is no minimum payout and nothing goes into your Ainfluencer wallet.
- Shopify sales recorded before early October 2026 earned no commission and are not recalculated.
- If a brand’s card fails, every payment from that brand waits. A failed statement is retried by the brand.
After generating links the app may offer to Build My Storefront on BrandID. That is a separate product from Ainfluencer with its own account. Your Ainfluencer links do not move there.
The details are in How Affiliate Campaigns Work for You and Affiliate Payout Structure.
Stay in good standing
Almost every suspension comes from the same few behaviours. They are simple to avoid, and a suspended account can do very little.
Keep deals on Ainfluencer
Contact details, links and payment apps stay hidden until an offer is paid. A nightly check reviews unpaid offer chats, and our team can send a Violation Notice. A warning alone does not suspend you, repeat breaches can.
Do not buy followers
Fake audiences are visible at review and are rejected under the guidelines, which is harder to recover from than being told to come back larger.
Deliver what you promised
Missed deadlines refund the brand and leave you unpaid. If you need more time, use Extend Deadline before the date passes.
Answer calmly in the chat
Both sides are rated. Brands rate you on performance, communication and keeping the agreed terms, and those ratings are public once approved.
If your account is suspended
| What changes | Detail |
|---|---|
| The card | It reads Disapproved with an Appeal Suspension button |
| Offers | You cannot make offers, and offers waiting under review are deleted. After 48 hours, your existing offers are hidden from brands |
| Chat | The message box is hidden on chats with this account |
| Gifting and affiliate | Open gift requests and invitations are cancelled if you have no other Active account. Affiliate actions stop for the suspended account |
| Editing | Name, category, picture and Edit Profile are disabled. Sync still works |
- A temporary suspension has no end date. It lasts until our team reactivates the account.
- Tap Appeal Suspension. The reasons are shown, you write why you are appealing, read the dos and don’ts, confirm you watched the short video and submit. You get one appeal per suspension.
- The button then reads Appeal Pending. An approved appeal makes the account Active again and shows your hidden offers to brands. A denied appeal is shown on the card, with no notification.
- A new suspension allows a new appeal.
Unblocking and removal need support. The app has no button to unblock a brand, to remove a social account or to cancel a withdrawal. Contact support with the username, the brand or the date, and they ask the right team.
Questions new creators ask
Can I use the website?
No. Creator accounts are created and used in the mobile app. The website is for brands. If you sign in on the web you are sent to a download page.
How many followers do I need?
Aim for 5,000 or more, with a public account. TikTok and YouTube accounts also have a minimum set by the team. Accounts below the bar are the most common review rejection.
I have a personal Instagram. Can I use it?
The account you connect must be public, and the audience step needs an insights screenshot. Insights are available on Instagram creator and business accounts.
What should I charge?
The offer form shows a suggested price for your account. The lowest you can enter is $10. Remember that 20% comes out when you withdraw.
Can I send offers while I am still pending?
Yes. They are held and delivered when you become Active.
The brand asked me to move to WhatsApp or pay outside the app.
Decline and keep the conversation in the Ainfluencer chat. Escrow only protects your payment while the deal stays on the platform.
I posted but have not been paid.
Open the deal chat. If it says Published and Waiting Approval, the brand has not approved yet. Message them. If it says Payment Released, request a withdrawal. If you requested one, it is waiting for the next 1st or 15th.
Can I be paid by bank transfer?
No. Collaboration payouts go to PayPal or a USDT or USDC wallet.
Why is affiliate money not in my wallet?
It is paid through Stripe on the Affiliate platform, about five to seven weeks after a sale, and only after you connect Stripe.
I have two social accounts. Which is used?
The one selected in the account selector at the top of Explore and the Inbox. Make sure it is Active before you request a gift or generate links.
I entered the wrong PayPal email or wallet address.
Fix it in the Wallet tab and contact support the same day. A request already sent keeps the old address, so support needs to have it rejected before it is paid.
