Affiliate Dashboard — the command center
Your control room for everything affiliate. Landing here, you instantly see your setup progress (“Affiliate Setup Required” → “Payout Method Required” → “Program fully set up”), the four core modules, and a shortcut into the advanced analytics view. The tagline: “Manage affiliate programs, coupons, and payouts for your connected products.”
The Affiliate Dashboard home — setup banner, four modules, and Advanced Dashboard CTA.
UI breakdown — what every block on the page does
Setup Progress Banner
Top-of-page indicator that tracks completion state. Yellow while incomplete (“Complete setup to start earning with influencers”), green when everything is wired.
Affiliate Programs Module
Coral-accented tile: “Create programs and let affiliates recommend your products with unique tracking links.” Manage button opens the program configurator.
Payouts Setup Module
Blue-accented tile: “Streamline and automate payouts to affiliates. A payout method is required first.” Shows Payout Active status pill once connected.
Coupons Module
Yellow-accented tile marked Coming Soon: “Create and manage discount codes for affiliates to share with their audience.”
Campaigns Module
Coral-accented tile: “Launch campaigns that turn influencers into measurable sales channels.” Opens the campaign type picker.
Advanced Dashboard Banner
Dark strip at the bottom: “Track affiliate performance better — Advanced insights, deeper metrics, smarter decisions.” “Go to Advanced Dashboard” button jumps to the seller.ainfluencer.com deep analytics view.
How sellers actually use this page
- First-time setup — check the setup banner. If yellow, click “Continue setup” and knock out the required steps in order (Payouts → Programs → Products → Landing Page).
- Daily audit — glance at Payouts status. If it flips to “Payout Method Required,” a card expired or was removed — fix immediately or commissions will queue up unpaid.
- Weekly performance check — click into “Go to Advanced Dashboard” for deep metrics (top affiliates, top SKUs, conversion curves).
- Quick launch — use the Campaigns tile to spin up a new affiliate campaign directly from the home page.
Payouts Setup — get paid effortlessly
Before a single affiliate can join your program, you have to wire up how they’ll get paid. Ainfluencer runs affiliate commissions through Stripe — automatic, on-schedule, no manual accounting cycle on your end. The concept card reads: “Get paid effortlessly.”
Payouts Setup — connected Stripe card with “Payout Active” status.
What connecting a card actually does
The card you add is only used to pay affiliates their commissions. In the app’s own words:
“Add a card so affiliate commissions are paid out automatically. We never charge it for your subscription — it is used only for payouts.”
Your subscription card (for Ainfluencer’s own plan fees) is a separate payment method managed under Plans & Billing. This separation matters for accounting: affiliate payouts show up as commission expenses, subscription charges as SaaS expenses.
The Stripe connection flow
- Click Set payout card or Add Card from the Payouts module.
- Modal shows “Connecting to Stripe…” while it hands off.
- Enter your card details in the Stripe secure form (Ainfluencer never sees the raw card number).
- Card is stored as a tokenized payment method, tied to your seller account.
- Status pill flips from “Payout Method Required” → “Card Connected” → “Payout Active.”
What “Set Up Payouts First” means
Certain actions are locked until payouts are configured — you’ll see “Set Up Payouts First” buttons instead of the usual CTAs. Affected actions:
- Publishing your first affiliate program.
- Approving an affiliate to start earning.
- Launching an affiliate campaign.
This is a guardrail: it stops you from acquiring affiliates you can’t legally pay. See Commissions & Affiliate Payouts for payout timing and reversals.
Affiliate Programs — the core configuration
A program is your brand’s “container” for affiliate relationships — commission rates, approval rules, product scope, and the tracking-link system all live inside it. Most sellers run one main program; multi-brand or multi-region sellers run several. The tile description: “Create programs and let affiliates recommend your products with unique tracking links.”
Program configuration — commission structure, Auto-Approve toggle, Featured badge, and “Program fully set up” state.
Program-level settings
Program Name & Description
Public-facing labels affiliates see when they join. Keep it clear (“Summer Streetwear Affiliate Program”) and match your Shopify or Amazon catalog vibe.
Commission Structure
Choose Commission Percentage (%) or Fixed Fee ($) per sale. The description reads: “Affiliates earn this percentage on each sale they refer.”
Auto-Approve Affiliates
Toggle: On — “affiliates join instantly.” Off — “you approve each affiliate.” Off is safer early; On scales faster once you trust the marketplace.
Featured Badge
Sellers on Professional and Ultimate plans can flag their program as Featured, making it more visible in creator discovery.
Referral Bonus
Optional one-time bonus paid to affiliates when they hit a threshold (first sale, 10th sale, first $500 in revenue). Configured per program.
Program Status
Active / Paused / Archived. Pausing stops new sign-ups but keeps existing affiliates earning on tracked links.
Once the program is live
- The setup banner flips to “Program fully set up” when payouts, program, and products are all done.
- The Grow Program CTA appears — jumps you to the affiliate discovery view (Stop 6).
- Your Landing Page (Stop 5) becomes the public-facing signup destination.
Products — set commissions per item
The catalog view of every SKU that’s eligible for affiliate promotion. Filter by category, sort by price or commission, set per-product commissions that override the program default. The concept: “Choose which products affiliates can promote and set the commission rate (% or fixed) they earn on each sale.”
Products catalog — filter, sort, bulk-select, and apply commission rates.
What the Products grid shows
- Product image + name — synced live from your Shopify or Amazon catalog.
- Category tag — Fashion, Beauty, Fitness, Luxury, Travel, Lifestyle, Nature, Apparel & Accessories.
- Stock status — In Stock / Out of Stock / All Stock (filter).
- Base price and current commission rate.
- Selection checkbox — bulk-select for group commission changes.
Filters & sorting
Category filter
Pick one or many categories to focus (e.g., “Show only Fitness + Lifestyle”).
Stock filter
In Stock / Out of Stock / All. Out-of-stock items shouldn’t be pushed by affiliates.
Sort
Newest First / Oldest First / Price: Low→High / Price: High→Low / Highest Commission.
Select All / Deselect All
Bulk actions for setting a uniform commission across the selection.
The commission editor
Click Set Commission (or Quick Set for bulk) and choose:
- Percentage — most common; scales with product price.
- Fixed amount — flat $ per sale; better for high-margin low-priced SKUs.
- Tiered bonus — base rate + bonus when the affiliate crosses a monthly sales threshold.
Bulk-edit a whole category at once with Edit Products → “Edit products and set commissions.”
Landing Page — where affiliates sign up
The public-facing recruitment page for your program. As the app puts it: “This is the page influencers visit to join your program. Share the link, drop a QR code, or embed a banner on your site.” Fully brandable via templates, shareable via multiple channels.
Landing Page — 4 template options (Minimal selected) and 6 sharing methods.
Four template designs to choose from
Minimal
Clean, text-forward, one-CTA layout. Best for premium brands and B2B tone.
Gradient
Bold color washes and modern typography. Great for lifestyle, apparel, and DTC.
Collage
Product-image mosaic showcasing your catalog visually. Best for fashion, beauty, home.
Banner
Wide hero image + strong headline. Works well for launches and campaign-specific landing pages.
Click Choose a Landing Page Template or Change Template to swap between the four. Preview live before applying with the Preview button.
Landing page content
Regardless of template, every landing page shows:
- Brand name and logo (auto-pulled from your seller profile).
- Program headline (e.g., “Earn with every sale” or your custom line).
- Benefits section: “Promote our top-selling products, earn high commissions, and grow your revenue with ease.”
- Featured products carousel.
- Commission structure summary.
- Primary CTA: Apply to [Brand Name] or Send Partnership Request.
Five ways to share the landing page
Copy Link
Direct URL to your program’s public page. Paste anywhere: DMs, emails, social bios.
One-click share to Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok with pre-formatted copy.
QR Code
“Scan to visit affiliate landing page.” Download PNG or SVG for print collateral, packaging inserts, in-store signage.
Embed on Website
Get an iframe or JS snippet to embed the signup CTA directly on your homepage or blog.
HTML Code
Raw HTML for the sign-up button — for teams with more design control.
brandID Storefront
List in the brandID storefront — puts your program in front of 5M+ creators browsing brandID for opportunities. See brandID Link-in-Bio & Shop.
Affiliates — discovery & invitations
A searchable directory of creators you can invite to your program. The tab tagline: “Search and invite influencers to your affiliate program.” Instead of waiting for organic sign-ups from your landing page, you actively recruit here.
Affiliates directory — search with filters, then bulk-invite by clicking Invite on each card.
Search & filter tools
- Search bar: “Search by name, niche, category, or location…”
- Niche filters: Fashion, Beauty, Fitness, Lifestyle, Luxury, Travel, Nature — match your product categories.
- Follower range slider — Nano / Micro / Mid-tier / Macro.
- Quality Score filter — Great / Good / OK.
- Location filter — country-level targeting.
The affiliate card grid
Each result shows the same essentials as brand-side Find Influencers:
- Photo + handle + name.
- Follower count and platform badges.
- Quality Score pill.
- Location + language.
- Invite to Program button (primary action).
- View Profile for full media kit.
Inviting affiliates
- Filter to your niche, sort by Quality Score.
- Click Invite to Program on 10-30 creators per session.
- Optional: attach a personalized message (converts ~3x better than the default).
- Creators receive the invite in their Ainfluencer inbox and choose to accept.
- Accepted affiliates appear in your “Affiliates” active list with real-time click and conversion stats.
Affiliate Campaigns — four ways to work with creators
Where affiliate programs meet campaign-driven activation. Instead of passively waiting for affiliates to promote, you launch a specific campaign (e.g., “Summer Streetwear Drop 2026,” “Back to School Essentials,” “Holiday Gift Bundle Collection”) and creators apply into it. The header: “Choose how you’d like to work with influencers.”
Campaign type picker — four models. Affiliate Campaign (highlighted) is the performance-only model.
The four campaign types
Affiliate Campaign
“Pay influencers a commission (% or $ amount) for each sale they make.” Pure performance model. Lowest upfront cost; creator carries the risk.
Paid Collaboration
“Pay influencers a fixed fee to create and post content.” Guaranteed pay, guaranteed content. See Paid Collaborations & Pre-Funding.
Paid Collab + Affiliate
“Pay a fixed fee plus a commission on sales.” The hybrid model — attracts top creators with a floor and rewards them with upside. See Hybrid (Fixed Fee + Commission).
Product Gifting & Seeding
“Send free products to influencers in exchange for a post.” No cash, no commission — just product. See Gifting vs Seeding.
Campaign setup fields
- Campaign name — public-facing title (e.g., “Eco-Friendly Plus Size Activewear Launch”).
- Campaign type — one of the four above.
- Commission structure — % or $ (for affiliate-based types).
- Fixed fee amount — for Paid Collab and Hybrid types.
- Featured products — subset of your catalog for this campaign.
- Content brief — deliverable format, brand voice, do’s & don’ts.
- Start / end dates — some campaigns are always-on (Affiliate); others time-bound (Paid Collab).
Campaign management view
Once launched, the campaign shows in the Manage Campaigns tab with the same statuses as brand-side campaigns: Active, Paused, Ended. Filters help you slice by campaign type or status. Empty states show helpful guidance: “No campaigns yet — Launch your first campaign and start earning with influencers.”
Coupons — discount codes (coming soon)
The tile is live in the dashboard but labeled Coming Soon: “Create and manage discount codes for affiliates to share with their audience.” Once launched, it’ll add a native discount-code layer to your affiliate program.
Coupons — labeled “Coming Soon” in the dashboard with an upcoming feature preview.
How it’ll work when it launches
- Generate unique discount codes per affiliate (e.g., SARAH15, MIKE20).
- Attribution flows through the code — no tracking link needed on that specific purchase.
- Codes can stack with the affiliate’s tracking link or be exclusive.
- Codes have their own expiry, usage limits, and product scope.
- Reversals and refunds trigger commission clawbacks automatically.
Current workaround (until coupons launch)
If you need coupon-based affiliate attribution today, the Shopify integration already generates unique discount codes per affiliate. See Connecting Shopify — Amazon coupon support is more limited pending native launch.
Contracts — documented deals
A record of every formal agreement between your seller account and each affiliate. Auto-generated when they join your program; upgraded to bespoke contracts for high-value creators (retainer deals, exclusivity, ambassador programs).
Contracts — pre-drafted templates plus active agreements. E-signed via SignID.
What each contract captures
- Program name and enrollment date.
- Commission rate and structure.
- Deliverable requirements (if it’s a campaign-linked contract).
- Exclusivity clauses (if any).
- Content usage rights (organic reposting, paid ads, whitelisted usage).
- FTC disclosure obligations.
- Termination and payout rules.
Contract templates
Use Apply Template to pull in pre-drafted contract language for common scenarios: standard affiliate, ambassador retainer, exclusive category, seasonal partnership. Each template is editable before you send.
E-signature integration
Contracts route through SignID (the brandID family’s e-signature tool) for legally-binding electronic signatures. Both parties sign in-app, timestamps and audit trails included. No third-party DocuSign account needed.
Advanced Dashboard — deep analytics
The performance layer that lives beyond the main affiliate dashboard. Accessed via the dark banner at the bottom of the home page: “Track affiliate performance better — Advanced insights, deeper metrics, smarter decisions. Go to Advanced Dashboard.”
Advanced Dashboard — KPI cards, revenue chart, top affiliates ranked, and conversion funnel.
What the Advanced Dashboard shows
Top Affiliates
Ranked by revenue, conversions, or click-through rate. Drill in for per-creator time series.
Top Products
Which SKUs affiliates are actually pushing — often surprises. High-commission products may underperform if they don’t fit creator audiences.
Conversion Funnel
Clicks → Add to Cart → Checkout → Completed Purchase. Identify where drop-off happens.
Revenue by Channel
Tracking link vs discount code vs organic. Where’s the money actually coming from?
Reversal Rate
What % of commissioned sales are getting refunded/reversed. A high number here signals product issues, not affiliate issues.
Cohort Analysis
How do affiliates recruited in Q1 perform 90 days in vs Q2 cohorts? Guides your affiliate acquisition strategy.
How sellers actually use this page
- Monthly leadership review — screenshot the top-line metrics for stakeholder decks.
- Product mix optimization — see which SKUs affiliates ignore and either boost their commission or feature them harder.
- Reversal firefighting — a 15%+ reversal rate usually means shipping delays, wrong product images, or size issues.
- Top-affiliate retention — identify who drove 80% of revenue last month; reach out personally with a thank-you and a raised rate.
Putting it all together: the affiliate seller’s monthly loop
The 10 sections chain into a repeatable monthly rhythm. Most sellers run this loop once a month, with weekly maintenance in between:
If this loop feels overwhelming, remember that Ainfluencer’s brand side (app.ainfluencer.com) handles the influencer marketing side — content-focused campaigns, escrow payments, chat. The affiliate side is complementary and revenue-tracking-focused. Many sellers use both.
