Platform Tour

Ainfluencer Brand Side: The Ultimate Platform Tour

From signing in to closing your first deal in escrow — exactly how to navigate every section of Ainfluencer as a brand, with the end-to-end workflow stitched together at the bottom.

Stop 1 of 11

Dashboard — your command center

A centralized control room that surfaces your account activity, ongoing campaign metrics, integration status, and growth tools in one scrollable view. You land here every time you sign in — it’s designed to tell you in 5 seconds what needs your attention.

UI breakdown — what every block on the page does

Welcome Banner

“Good morning, [Brand]” personalized greeting paired with a coral “+ Create Campaign” CTA — the fastest path to start a new launch.

Hero Carousel

Rotates between major product moments: “Send products. Get viral content. No fees.” with anchor stats like 73% Post Rate and 12-day Avg Turnaround.

Metric Counters

Four big-number tiles for at-a-glance ops: active Campaigns, Offers, Collaborations, Wallet Balance. Click any tile to deep-link into that section.

Amazon Tracker

“Now tracking 7 Amazon Marketplaces” with flag pills (US, CA, ES, DE, UK, FR, IT). Surfaces how much of your DTC + marketplace footprint is wired up for affiliate attribution.

Affiliate Integrations

Quick-connect cards for Shopify (DTC sales + auto-pay creator commissions) and Amazon Seller (attribute creator-driven sales from Seller Central). One click to authorize.

Scheduled Deliveries

Live countdown to each creator’s content deadline — the “what’s due this week” widget that prevents campaigns from stalling.

Inbox

Pending replies from creators waiting on you. Click “Open Chat →” to jump straight into negotiation mode.

Pending Your Review

Direct surfacing of incoming action items from specific campaigns (“Looking for home & family creators…”) with “Write a Review” CTAs.

Recently Delivered Content

UGC library of approved & live posts — download, repurpose, or share anywhere.

Your Team

List of teammates with online status and roles. Click “+ Invite” to add seats (subject to plan caps).

Brand Score

Numeric gauge (e.g. 191) measuring profile completeness, deal-closure rate, and total spend. Higher score = more inbound creator offers.

Ainfluencer Academy

Bite-sized tutorial videos covering campaign creation, payments, and platform do’s & don’ts. Free for all plans.

Growth Toolkit

Standalone apps in the Ainfluencer ecosystem: DMpro (Instagram DM automation), Contact Us AI, Bookme (scheduling), Chatgram, brandID (link-in-bio), SignID (e-signatures).

How brands actually use this page

  1. Morning scan — check the metric counters and Pending Your Review widget to know what needs action.
  2. Wallet check — confirm the Total Balance is funded enough for any deals you’ll close today.
  3. Integration health — verify Shopify/Amazon connections are still authorized (broken integrations break attribution).
  4. Brand Score check — incomplete profile suppresses inbound. Knock out a remaining action if your score is below 200.
  5. Quick action — use the top-right “+ Create Campaign” or jump to Find Influencers for outbound recruitment.
The Dashboard intentionally puts your most actionable work above the fold (Inbox + Pending Review) and growth/marketing widgets below. If something doesn’t show up in the top half, it’s not urgent.
Stop 2 of 11

Find Influencers — discover & invite creators

A powerful discovery engine that lets you search, filter, and seamlessly invite Instagram and TikTok creators directly to an active campaign. Where outbound campaign-building happens.

The campaign-context anchor (top of page)

The most important thing to understand about Find Influencers is that every search is anchored to one campaign. The dropdown at the top (“Looking for home & family creators to feature our premium A…”) selects which campaign your invites will go to. You can switch between any of your active campaigns with one click — no leaving the page, no rebuilding the search.

This is intentional: it removes the friction of “find a creator → remember which campaign → go to that campaign → invite.” Pick the campaign once, then run as many searches as you want.

The creator grid (main panel)

Each card delivers the essentials at a glance:

  • Profile picture + handle/name — visual identity check at a glance.
  • Platform badge — Instagram, TikTok, or both indicated above the card.
  • Followers — total audience size (Nano/Micro/Macro tier labels).
  • Quality Score — pill rated Great / Good / OK (engagement, audience authenticity, content quality combined).
  • Location + Language — country flag and primary language.
  • Heart icon — favorite for later, adds to your saved roster.
  • “View Profile” link — opens the full media kit.
  • “Select” button — adds creator to a multi-invite batch.

At the top of the grid is a “Select All (100)” toggle so you can mass-invite a full page of results. The view-mode icons (grid vs list) let you switch density depending on whether you’re scanning or comparing.

The filtering sidebar (right side)

Precise audience targeting through a vertical filter stack:

Platform

Instagram or TikTok, switchable at the top of the page.

Username / Keyword

Free text search to find a specific creator or content theme.

Hashtag

Surfaces creators whose recent posts use specific tags (#home, #family, #pet, #fitness).

Location

Country-level targeting — multi-select supported. City filter is on the roadmap.

Categories

Niches: beauty, fitness, travel, gaming, fashion, food, parenting, finance — 30+ options.

Language

Filter creators whose audience reads/speaks the target language.

Gender

Female, Male, All. Leave open for 2-3x larger applicant pool.

Quality Score

Great / Good / OK tier filter. Set Great-only for premium campaigns.

Follower Range

Slider for min/max follower count: 1K to 10M+.

Influencer Fees

Filter by expected price band so you only see creators in budget.

Auto Save

Toggle to remember your filter set across sessions.

How brands actually use this page

  1. Set the campaign context at the top before doing anything else.
  2. Build a smart filter stack — start broad (location + category), then narrow (engagement + follower range) to ~50-100 results.
  3. Skim the grid — heart the ones that visually fit your brand, even if you’re not inviting them yet.
  4. Deep-vet the top 10-20 — click “View Profile” on each, check engagement rate against niche benchmarks, scan their past collaborations.
  5. Invite in batches — select 5-15 at a time, hit Invite, then loop back for the next batch. Personalized invites convert ~3-5x better than the default template.
Pair on-platform discovery with the Ainfluencer Chrome extension — visit any Instagram profile in your browser and invite directly without switching tabs. The extension also pulls live audience insights for cold-vetting before you send an invite.
Stop 3 of 11

Offers — manage your proposal pipeline

A streamlined pipeline to manage, filter, and review proposals sent by creators. Inbound from the AI recommendation engine and marketplace; plus all responses to your direct invitations. Think of it as your CRM for influencer deals.

Tab-based pipeline navigation

Three tabs across the top of the page, each with a counter so you know where activity is:

  • All Chats — every offer regardless of state. The default view, where most work happens.
  • Deals Closed — completed and verified deals. Your reference library for past performance.
  • Favorite Influencers — creators you hearted earlier, saved across campaigns for fast re-invite next time.

The proposal table — what each column means

Influencer

Avatar + name. Heart icon toggles favorite. Three-dot menu opens quick actions (block, archive).

Status

Color-coded pill: Waiting Payment (yellow), Scheduled (green), Failed (red), Published (green). Tells you what step the deal is on.

Price

Proposed deal value. Ranges visible across creators from $10 (nano) to $1,300+ (macro) reflect the marketplace’s spread.

Campaign

Which campaign the offer belongs to. Clickable to jump into that campaign’s settings.

Last Message

Preview snippet of the most recent chat plus an unread count badge (red number on the right) so you can prioritize whose chat to open first.

View Offer

Blue CTA that opens the full chat + analytics workspace (Stop 4 below).

Filtering & bulk tools

Above the table, three controls help you slice the pipeline:

  • Influencers search — text search by creator name.
  • Status filter — show only Waiting Payment, only Scheduled, only Failed, etc.
  • Actions filter — narrows by what type of next action is required from you.

On the right, “Send Bulk Messages” opens a composer where you can broadcast the same update to a filtered subset of offers. Useful for: deadline reminders, brief updates, holiday schedule changes, or escalation prompts when many creators are stalled at the same step.

How brands actually use this page

  1. Triage by unread badge — open chats with the highest unread count first; those are creators actively waiting on you.
  2. Filter to “Waiting Payment” — these are warm deals about to close. Get escrow funded and they convert to Scheduled.
  3. Filter to “Failed” — diagnose what happened and either revive or close out.
  4. Use bulk messaging when you have 10+ offers stalled at the same step.
  5. Click “View Offer” on a single deal to open the chat + escrow + analytics workspace.
“Waiting Payment” doesn’t mean the creator is waiting on you — it means escrow is unfunded. Funding escrow is the trigger that moves the deal forward. See Wallet & Escrow Basics for how this works.
Stop 4 of 11

Chat, Negotiation & Escrow — close the deal

The unified split-screen environment where individual offers come to life. You review the creator’s profile analytics, chat directly, adjust deal terms, and escrow funds — all without leaving the screen. This is the deepest workspace in the platform.

Three-panel layout — what’s on each side

▸ Left sidebar — your chat queue

A vertical feed of every active deal grouped by status. Each item shows the creator’s avatar, name, last message preview, deal status pill, deal amount, and an unread-count badge. You can scroll through your full pipeline without ever leaving the chat workspace.

At the top of the sidebar: search by creator name, plus Status and Actions dropdowns for filtering. At the bottom: a “Send Bulk Messages (141)” CTA that brings the same broadcast tool from the Offers page directly into this workspace.

▸ Center — the chat workspace

The primary communication area. At the top sits a deal summary strip showing:

  • Campaign name and a “View Post” thumbnail.
  • Delivery date with countdown.
  • Agreed Fee (e.g. $250).
  • Three big action buttons: Reject (red), Pay [Amount] (green, via Ainfluencer Escrow), and Edit (white) to adjust price, timeline, or tasks.
  • “Deal Status” pill on the right (e.g. Waiting Payment).

Below that is the message thread — your live conversation with the creator. You can paste in templated brief messages (covering payment, shipping logistics, deliverables), attach images and PDFs, drop URLs that render as previews. A “Make This Message Template” link at the bottom of long messages saves frequently-used scripts to your template library.

The composer at the bottom has the standard text input, an analytics icon (request live Insights from the creator), a templates icon, and a paperclip for attachments.

▸ Right panel — creator analytics

A dedicated module showing everything you need to make the pay/reject call:

  • Header: profile photo, name, handle, quality score, follower count, location, language.
  • Home / Affiliate tabs — switch between general profile data and affiliate-specific stats.
  • Profile / TikTok buttons — direct links to view their content on the source platform.
  • Insights gallery — visual screenshots of audience data the creator has shared (reach, demographics, engagement).
  • Request More/New Insights button — ask for fresh data before committing funds.
  • Interested in Collaborations for — what types of deals this creator accepts: Content Creation, Gifted Products, Affiliate Marketing, Barter, Brand Ambassadorship.
  • Tutorial Videos carousel at the bottom — context-specific help videos.

Escrow — why the green Pay button is the safest payment you’ll make

The Pay $[Amount] button doesn’t transfer money to the creator. It moves your funds into Ainfluencer Escrow — a neutral holding state where:

  • The creator cannot access the funds until they deliver the agreed content and you approve it.
  • If they don’t deliver by deadline, the funds automatically refund to your wallet.
  • If there’s a disagreement, the platform arbitrates using the chat thread as evidence.

This is why all negotiation must stay on-platform — the chat log is the binding record. See Wallet & Escrow Basics and Refunds & Disputes for the mechanics.

How brands actually use this page

  1. Open the highest-priority deal from the left sidebar (typically highest unread count or “Waiting Payment” with the closest deadline).
  2. Read the chat thread top to bottom — never act on the last message alone.
  3. Check the analytics panel — verify followers, quality score, and audience demographics still match what you saw at invite time.
  4. Request live insights if anything looks stale or if the deal is over $200.
  5. Edit terms if needed (price, timeline, deliverables) — both sides must agree in chat.
  6. Pay [Amount] — funds move into escrow. Deal status flips to Scheduled.
  7. Watch for delivery — when the creator posts and submits the live URL, you’ll be notified to approve and release funds.
If a deal still feels off after reading the chat history, click Edit first instead of Pay. Adjust price or deliverables to match what was actually negotiated, save, and re-confirm in chat before funding escrow.
Stop 5 of 11

Campaigns — your management hub

The control room for every campaign you’ve ever launched — across both Influencer Marketing (Collaboration) and product Seeding. Where you switch focus between campaigns, monitor execution metrics at a glance, and pause or duplicate without losing context.

Top-of-page anatomy

  • “Campaigns” title + “+ New Campaign” button — one-click launch from anywhere in the table.
  • “How to create effective campaigns?” video link (top-right) — embedded tutorial in case you need a refresher mid-launch.
  • Collaboration / Seeding sub-tabs — hard split between paid creator collabs and free-product seeding campaigns. Each tab has its own table, totals, and creation flow.
  • “Total Campaigns” + “Draft Campaigns” metric tiles — quick check on what’s live vs. unfinished.
  • Search + Status + Approval filters with an “Apply Filters” button — narrow a long list fast.

The campaign table — what each column tells you

Campaign Name

Thumbnail + title with format pills (e.g., Reel, Feed) showing the deliverables you set when launching.

Offers

Total inbound proposals received (e.g., 179). High Offers + low Deals = pickier-than-needed filters or a brief that needs tightening.

Deals

How many offers actually closed (e.g., 14). Your effective conversion rate is Deals ÷ Offers.

Impressions

Aggregate reach of delivered content (e.g., 484). Tells you whether the campaign is producing visibility, not just deals.

Status

Approval state — Approved, Pending, Rejected. Click to see specifics if rejected (links to rejection reasons).

Pause toggle

Temporarily stop accepting new offers without closing the campaign. Active deals continue.

Invite Only toggle

Hides the campaign from the open marketplace — only invited creators can see & apply. Perfect for sensitive launches or curated rosters.

Actions

Quick icons: edit, delete, duplicate, copy share link, preview as creator.

How brands actually use this page

  1. Monday morning audit — scan the Offers vs. Deals ratio per campaign. Low conversion = revisit brief, budget, or targeting.
  2. Pause campaigns that are over-quota or out of budget mid-month — much cleaner than deleting and rebuilding.
  3. Flip on Invite Only when a campaign starts drawing too much off-brand inbound.
  4. Duplicate a successful campaign for the next quarter’s launch — saves 10 minutes of setup.
  5. Click into a campaign for the deep edit view (brief, targeting, do’s & don’ts) — same flow as Creating & Editing Campaigns.
Campaign caps are tier-based: Free = 1, Starter = 2, Professional = 3, Ultimate = unlimited. “Campaign Limit Reached” means close or upgrade — see Plans, Limits & Upgrading.
Stop 6 of 11

Favorite Influencers — curated rosters

A private CRM of the creators you’ve vetted and saved over time. Build named lists (Shortlist, Female-only, High Converters, Holiday VIPs), then bulk-invite an entire list to a new campaign in two clicks.

Where this page lives

Tucked inside your Profile area under the Favorite Influencers tab, alongside Scores, Ratings & Reviews, Contents, Payments & Transactions. It’s intentionally adjacent to the rest of your account data so saved creators are treated as part of your brand assets — not as ephemeral search results.

Page anatomy

  • List filter pills at the top: All, custom names you’ve created (e.g., “Shortlist”, “Female”), plus an Edit/Create a List utility for building new ones.
  • “Invite All To a New Campaign” — the global action button. Sends every creator in the currently filtered list straight into a campaign launcher.
  • Creator cards in a 3-column grid: profile picture, name, handle, platform badge, Followers, Quality Score. Each card has View Profile and Select.
  • Trash-can icon on hover — remove a creator from the list (doesn’t unfavorite them globally).

How brands actually use this page

  1. Tag creators during discovery — every time you find a strong fit in Find Influencers, heart them and save to a named list.
  2. Refine lists by purpose — “Q1 Beauty Launch”, “Sub-10K Engagement Stars”, “Affiliate-Only Roster” all work better than one mega-list.
  3. Re-engage for new launches — flip the filter to the relevant list, click Invite All, pick the new campaign. 30 creators invited in under a minute.
  4. Audit underperformers quarterly — creators with low past results get removed from primary lists.
Lists outlive campaigns. Building a strong saved roster early pays off every subsequent quarter: it’s the difference between starting from scratch each time and running a referenceable “talent agency” inside your own dashboard.
Stop 7 of 11

Affiliate — programs, payouts & coupons

The control panel for your creator-led affiliate program. Set up tracking links, configure automated payouts, manage discount coupons, and launch dedicated affiliate campaigns — all in one place. Tightly integrated with Shopify and Amazon. Its own dashboard lives at seller.ainfluencer.com.

Deep dive: The affiliate side is substantial enough to get its own 10-stop platform tour. If you’re serious about running an affiliate program, read Ainfluencer Affiliate Side: The Ultimate Platform Tour. This section here is the overview; that page is the deep dive.

The three setup states

The dashboard uses a color-coded progression banner that tells you exactly what’s left to do:

  • “Affiliate Setup Required” — starting state. The banner says “Complete setup to enable tracking, links, and campaigns.” Four modules below are read-only until this clears.
  • “Payout Method Required” — halfway through. Program is drafted but you haven’t connected a payout card yet. Certain actions show “Set Up Payouts First” instead of the normal CTA — a guardrail so you don’t recruit affiliates you can’t legally pay.
  • “Program fully set up” — the green state. All four modules active, “Payout Active” pill visible, “Grow Program” CTA appears.

The four-module grid

Affiliate Programs

“Create programs and let affiliates recommend your products with unique tracking links.” Configure commission structure (% or fixed), Auto-Approve toggle (instant join vs. manual review), Featured badge (Pro/Ultimate plans), and optional Referral Bonus. Full guide: Affiliate Basics & Setup.

Payouts Setup

“Streamline and automate payouts to affiliates. A payout method is required first.” Connects via Stripe. The card is used only for commission payouts — never for your subscription. Shows “Payout Active” status once configured. See Commissions & Affiliate Payouts.

Coupons

Coming Soon. “Create and manage discount codes for affiliates to share with their audience.” Unique per-affiliate codes with expiry, usage caps, and attribution — until launch, Shopify integration handles this natively.

Campaigns

“Launch campaigns that turn influencers into measurable sales channels.” Not just affiliate — the campaign type picker offers four models (see below). One click into the campaign builder.

The four affiliate campaign types

When you click Create New Campaign from the Campaigns module, the picker asks: “Choose how you’d like to work with influencers.” Four options:

Affiliate Campaign

“Pay influencers a commission (% or $) for each sale they make.” Pure performance, lowest upfront cost.

Paid Collaboration

“Pay influencers a fixed fee to create and post content.” Guaranteed pay for guaranteed content. See Paid Collaborations & Pre-Funding.

Paid Collab + Affiliate

“Pay a fixed fee plus a commission on sales.” The hybrid model — attracts premium creators with a floor plus upside. See Hybrid (Fixed Fee + Commission).

Product Gifting & Seeding

“Send free products to influencers in exchange for a post.” No cash, no commission — just product. See Gifting vs Seeding.

Products & commission control

The Products view syncs your Shopify or Amazon catalog and lets you set per-item commissions (overriding the program default). Filter by category (Fashion, Beauty, Fitness, Luxury, Travel, Lifestyle, Nature), sort by Highest Commission or Price, and bulk-set rates with Select All → Quick Set. Featured products appear first when affiliates browse.

Landing page — your public recruitment surface

Every program gets a public landing page: “This is the page influencers visit to join your program. Share the link, drop a QR code, or embed a banner on your site.” Four templates to pick from — Minimal, Gradient, Collage, or Banner. Six sharing methods: Copy Link, Share on Social, QR Code (download PNG/SVG), Embed on Website, HTML Code, and List in the brandID storefront (reaches 5M+ creators). See brandID Link-in-Bio & Shop.

“Track affiliate performance better” banner

Dark CTA strip at the bottom: “Track affiliate performance better — Advanced insights, deeper metrics, smarter decisions.” The Go to Advanced Dashboard button opens a dedicated analytics surface at seller.ainfluencer.com covering:

  • Top Affiliates — ranked by revenue, conversions, or CTR.
  • Top Products — which SKUs affiliates actually push (often surprises).
  • Conversion Funnel — clicks → cart → checkout → purchase.
  • Reversal Rate — refund-driven commission clawbacks. High number here = product issue, not affiliate issue.
  • Cohort Analysis — how each month’s affiliate recruits perform 30/60/90 days in.

How brands actually use this page

  1. Complete setup once — connect store, connect Stripe card for payouts, set default commission rate, publish landing page.
  2. Recruit affiliates — Search/Invite from the Affiliates tab; the top of your Featured Affiliates list often drives 60-80% of revenue.
  3. Launch campaigns — pick one of the four campaign types depending on whether you want performance, guaranteed content, or a mix.
  4. Monitor real-time performance from the Programs module (clicks, conversions, sales) then deep-dive in the Advanced Dashboard for cohort/product/funnel analysis.
  5. Upgrade top affiliates to bespoke Contracts — the Contracts tab lets you generate ambassador retainers, exclusivity clauses, and e-signed agreements via SignID.
The Affiliate side lives under the “GROW” section in the sidebar with a New badge — features still rolling out. Coupons launching next; WooCommerce/Magento native integration on the roadmap. See the 10-stop Affiliate Side tour for the full walkthrough.
Stop 8 of 11

Analytics — campaign performance

The performance evaluation suite. Pick a campaign from the dropdown and see aggregate engagement (Likes, Comments, Views) at the top, then per-influencer breakdowns with live timeline graphs. Real-time data, refreshed automatically as content stays live.

“Campaign Performance at a Glance” (top section)

  • Campaign selector dropdown at the top — pick which of your active campaigns to view.
  • Campaign metadata card: title, platforms (Instagram, TikTok), content formats (Reel, Post), with a “Campaign Preview” button to view the creator-facing brief.
  • Right-side delivery counter: “X influencer(s) have delivered your campaign so far” with avatars.
  • Three big-number tiles in coral-tinted background: Total Likes (e.g., 177), Total Comments (e.g., 57), Total Views (e.g., 2k). Aggregate across every delivered post.
  • “Invite More Influencers” CTA — jumps directly back into Find Influencers with the campaign context pre-set.

“Performance by Influencer” (per-creator section)

  • Influencer card: campaign name, delivery date, price paid, deal duration, plus the creator’s avatar, handle, platform, follower count, and quality rating.
  • Three secondary tiles: per-creator Likes / Comments / Views in light-blue cards.
  • Mobile preview frame: live thumbnail of the actual delivered post (Reel/feed) shown in an iPhone-style frame so you can see exactly what went live.
  • Three timeline graphs: Likes (orange curve), Comments (cyan curve), Views (blue curve) plotted across the days since the post went live. Highlights momentum and decay curves.

How brands actually use this page

  1. Daily check during launch week — engagement curves often peak in the first 48-72 hours.
  2. Compare creators — same campaign, different creators side by side. The ones with steeper Views curves get re-invited next time.
  3. Catch underperformance early — a flatline at 24 hours usually predicts a flat campaign. Time to invite more creators.
  4. Export to share with stakeholders — screenshot the per-influencer cards for monthly reporting.
Analytics lives under the “More” sidebar group, paired with Scheduler. The two together cover everything post-deal: when content goes out, and how it performs once it’s live.
Stop 9 of 11

Scheduler — content publishing timeline

A unified calendar + list view of every closed deal’s publication date. Track who’s posting what and when, with platform icons pinned to specific dates so you can visualize launch weeks across your roster.

Left side — the deal table

  • Filters at the top: Influencer dropdown, Search input, Apply Filters button.
  • Columns: Campaign (thumbnail + title + content format), Influencer (avatar + name), Price, Scheduled Date (with countdown), Duration (Permanent / time-limited), Bio link URL, Actions (edit, view).
  • One row per scheduled deliverable — each row represents a contracted post that’s been agreed to but not yet live.

Right side — the calendar

  • Month view with prev/next navigation and a “today” jump button.
  • Day cells show pinned content with platform-coded color bars: black for TikTok posts, blue for Instagram Reels, plus a small “1 Post” / “2 Reels” label.
  • Legend at the bottom: Instagram (blue dot) + TikTok (black dot).
  • “Influencers Content” and “Your Content Library” buttons at the top — toggle between scheduled-but-not-yet-live posts vs. delivered & downloadable content.

Bottom CTAs

Two quick actions sit below the calendar: “+ Create a New Campaign” and “Discover and Invite Influencers” — both designed to refill the pipeline once you spot calendar gaps.

How brands actually use this page

  1. Weekly review — open the calendar and confirm next week’s content stack is full, not lopsided.
  2. Spot gaps and act — see an empty week? Hit “Discover and Invite Influencers” right there to fill it.
  3. Cross-reference with marketing calendar — make sure your paid social and email schedules align with creator posts for the multiplier effect.
  4. Manually re-shuffle in chat if too many posts land the same day — see Scheduling & Posting.
Bio link URLs in the table matter: if a creator’s bio link doesn’t match what you agreed in chat, the deal fails verification. Click the link to check before the scheduled time arrives.

Our Apps — the brandID family

Ainfluencer sits inside an ecosystem of 8 interconnected tools — “One family. Eight engines.” Each tool sharpens the next: build the brand, find the right people, talk to them where they already are, and close the work without ever leaving the family.

The three flagships (top of page)

brandID

Unleash your true colours. A personalized link-in-bio + creator monetization platform. Custom-branded link page, built-in analytics, click tracking. brandid.app

SignID

Sign & collect signatures. Done. Lightweight e-signatures for contracts, NDAs, creator agreements — no enterprise bloat, no per-seat tax. Templates included.

ContactUs AI

The full 8-app grid

Filter pills at the top: ALL · 8 / FOR CREATORS / FOR SALES (B2B) / UTILITIES. Below the flagships, the remaining apps:

DMpro

Slide smarter. Sell faster. Instagram DM automation built for creators and brands — triggered reply flows, bulk outreach with personal voice, CRM-style conversation tracking.

Chatgram

Instant AI live chat. Anywhere. Drop a chat widget on any site, train it on your content, and let it handle the first wave of every conversation. Human handoff when AI is unsure.

bookme

Calendly, but built for creators. Paid bookings, brand calls, sponsorship intake meetings — scheduling that knows the difference between a fan and a deal.

Affiliate Marketplace

Sell anything. From everyone. 5M+ products you can promote with one link — a marketplace where brands list their own programs to creators.

Ainfluencer

This platform. The influencer marketing engine that connects brands and creators through escrow-backed campaigns. You’re already here.

“How the apps compound” — the loop

At the bottom of the Our Apps page sits a dark gradient panel titled “How the apps compound” that explains the four-stage cycle:

  1. Build — Brand & presence. (brandID, SignID)
  2. Find — Match & reach. (Ainfluencer, ContactUs AI)
  3. Engage — DM & chat. (DMpro, Chatgram)
  4. Close — Book & get paid. (bookme, Affiliate Marketplace)

Each app is best on its own but multiplies when paired with the others — they share design, data, and account systems.

Ultimate-tier Ainfluencer subscribers get exclusive perks across the family — bundled credits on bookme, advanced DM volumes on DMpro, priority support on Chatgram. See your plan benefits in the Wallet section.

Fully Managed IM — done-for-you service

The premium tier where Ainfluencer’s internal agency team runs your campaigns end to end: discovery, vetting, negotiation, briefing, content production, escrow, reporting. The headline says it cleanly: “We Run It. You Scale.” And with $0 agency fees, 100% of your budget goes directly to influencers.

The proof strip (top of page)

Four numeric tiles in a row, sourced from real campaign aggregates:

47M+

Reach Generated (across 120 managed influencers).

12.4%

Avg Engagement Rate (across 85 managed influencers — well above the 3-5% industry baseline).

320%

ROI on Ad Spend (across 200 managed influencers — return on every dollar spent).

8.2M

Video Views (across 60 managed influencers).

The “$0 Agency Fees” banner

A dark gradient banner pulses the headline number: “$0 Agency Fees — Limited Time. 100% of your budget goes directly to paying influencers.” On the right, two reassurance counters: 500+ Brands Served and 10K+ Campaigns Run. This is the conversion engine of the page: if you’re paying a traditional agency 15-25% management fees, the savings on a $25K campaign is $3K-$6K.

The 5-stage progress tracker

At the top sits a horizontal stepper that previews the consultation flow: Results → Your Goals → How It Works → Packages → Book a Call. You scroll through each stage before booking — never a high-pressure pitch, always a structured walk-through.

What’s actually included (from the live landing page)

  • Strategy & planning — niche audit, target audience definition, KPIs, creative direction.
  • Creator discovery & vetting — sourcing via marketplace + backend tools + outbound; full background check and content review.
  • Negotiation — pricing, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights handled by the team.
  • Content briefing & review — brand-aligned briefs, draft approvals, FTC compliance.
  • Escrow & payments — funds flow through the same protected Ainfluencer escrow you’d use self-managed.
  • Performance reporting — weekly progress updates, end-of-campaign deck with engagement, reach, and ROI breakdowns.
  • Translation support — multilingual campaigns and creators in 20+ languages.

How to engage

  1. Click “See How It Works” on the landing page to walk through the methodology.
  2. Book a strategy call via the dedicated booking link: Schedule with the team.
  3. Review proposed packages sized to your goals — small/medium/large/custom.
  4. Approve and fund — campaign launches typically within 7-10 days.
  5. Track weekly via your standard dashboard plus dedicated team check-ins.

The full info hub is at ainfluencer.com/fully-managed-influencer-marketing. For the FAQ-style breakdown of the service, see Done-For-You Service.

B2B brands and niche categories (medical, dental, legal, regional) typically get better results from Fully Managed than self-serve — see the dedicated answer in Done-For-You Service.

Putting it all together: the brand’s weekly loop

The 11 sections chain together as a single operational rhythm. Most brands run this loop weekly:

1
Dashboard — morning scan. Check pending reviews, wallet balance, Brand Score, and integration health.
2
Campaigns — review the Offers vs. Deals ratio per campaign. Pause underperformers, duplicate winners for the next quarter.
3
Find Influencers + Favorite Influencers — set campaign context, build a filter stack, OR invite an entire saved list with one click.
4
Offers — triage incoming proposals. Filter to Waiting Payment, open high-unread chats first.
5
Chat & Escrow — verify analytics, negotiate, fund escrow. Deal flips from Waiting Payment to Scheduled.
6
Scheduler — check the calendar for content gaps in the coming week. Refill with new invites where needed.
7
Analytics — once content goes live, monitor engagement curves daily. Compare creators side by side.
8
Affiliate — for e-commerce brands, separately track program performance, payouts, and top affiliates.
9
Back to Dashboard — the loop restarts. Pending reviews populate, new content gets added to your library.

If you’re an e-commerce brand running an affiliate program at scale, the affiliate side has its own dashboard at seller.ainfluencer.com with a dedicated 10-stop walkthrough: Ainfluencer Affiliate Side: The Ultimate Platform Tour. If you’re short on time or running too many parallel campaigns to coordinate yourself, the Fully Managed IM tier (Stop 11) runs the entire loop for you with $0 agency fees. The Our Apps ecosystem (Stop 10) extends the loop into adjacent surfaces — DMpro for outbound, ContactUs AI for B2B prospects, bookme for paid calls, Chatgram for site-side support.
